Awesome spot to go grab a burger. The quality of the food is far beyond what one would expect of a beach joint. $20 for a burger drink and fries and they do not disappoint. Quality meat with perfectly done fries.

Gorgeous view and wonderful service! The owner is friendly and hard working and Dakota took our order and was also super friendly! The Fish and chips was delicious. My mom had the Baja Fish tacos and my dad had the double double burger, they both recommended their dishes. Thank you 😋

Doing an overnight stop in Powell River we needed somewhere we could eat on a patio with our little dog and The Beach Hut was just perfect. My burger was as good as any I've had, the fish tacos were fabulous and the 6 fish pieces and fries were ample for 2 not-so-hungry folks in our group. A special mention to Dakota who served us, very professional and precise, and our order came quickly with everything as we wanted and at a very reasonable cost. As a bonus, we then got to watch pods of whales while we ate our dinner!! We will definitely come back when in Powell River, thank you!

Chicken Deluxe Burger – Extremely Disappointing Paid $19 for what turned out to be a tiny, frozen deep fried chicken patty that felt more like a chicken nugget than a proper burger. Tasted processed and lacked any freshness. Easily the worst chicken burger I’ve ever had – not worth the price at all.

I wrote the name of the names of the male and female worker (drives a moped) that really made our day, I just cannot find it! Not only was the food amazing but the service was incredible. Please commend these two as they went over and above on their customer service and made the best food. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting town or who live here. Thank you both for answering all our questions and recommending the tastiest mouth watering items on the menu.

Service was very friendly and the fries were perfectly salted
Fish tacos were terrible..the fish was overcooked and the runny salsa on it made the taco wrap soggy..the taco was not heated it was straightout of the bag, sad. My husband had the salt and pepper wings and they were dry, not at all juicy. Wasted my money on this meal. I think the food was yesterday's leftovers. Way overpriced.

The amount of fries is about half of what it was last year, they were still very good though just be prepared to pay more. The 10 dollar hot dog was so overcooked it was like trying to eat a stick, it was not edible. Don't waste your money bring your own food to the park. Really a shame it used to be so good.
