The cashier didn’t speak to me. They just expectantly looked at me as I said hi twice and then ordered. I wanted to get a chicken wrap but they couldn’t make it because the grill was “down” for cleaning. I didn’t even come that late, it was like 8pm and they close at 11pm.

I visited this location about two hours ago and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. Having worked at Tim Hortons for years, I am quite familiar with the products and the standards. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I ordered a Steeped Tea with 2 milk and 2 ½ sugar, and the tea I received was neither fresh nor hot. If the tea is not fresh, at the very least, it should be served at the right temperature. When I drove back to have it corrected, I politely asked the staff member to kindly check whether the sugar dispensing machine might not be working properly or running low. His response, “I’m not the mechanic,” came across as unprofessional and dismissive. While he did remake my tea, which tasted better, it was still not fresh and again served at a low temperature. I kindly request that customer service and product quality be ensured so guests have the experience Tim Hortons is known for.
