Have coffee at the counter NOT only in the drive thru. Have more than one till open inside, Have someone pleasant serving customers, not slamming the coffee down, spilling it. Put coffee sleeves on, or at least have them available at the pick up counter. Finish your order BEFORE serving the next person, not leaving the previous custome standing there like an idiot...and to top it all off FIX THE AUTOMATIC DOOR, it's been broken since 2020!!!

Had our usual morning bagel belts and Timbits for the ferry home, bagel was vert dry, Timbits also hard like they were day olds. But here is the kicker, I had to use the men's room, and my wife, the ladles, both had no toilet paper, went to use the family one, and walked out because it was so filthy,floor and toilet. One would be crazy to even think of using the baby change table. We told the young lady up front of the dilemmas in the washrooms, and she told us not to worry, so we both grabbed knapkins so we could clean ourselves..... maybe two stars is being generous.

Mayo..why stop serving mayonnaise? What kind of restaurant doesn't have mayonnaise. I have stopped ordering from Tim Hortons because I don't like chipotle I don't like ranch. I just want mayo!

Didn't have donuts that we wanted. Got order wrong. Not very friendly today. Thought service was not good today as we are regular customers. Service seems to be getting worse.

Waiting 10 mins for 2 boxes of coffee.Had to go in with a sprained ankle and they didn't have the order started yet. Another 5mins minimum. Not impressed

Before we even ordered the supervisor that was taking our order was being outrageously rude and then after he verbally confirmed our order they got it wrong in every way possible and when we asked nicely for it to be corrected he responded with nothing but back talk and lip and then he was mumbling to himself the whole time he was fixing our order... what happened to "the customer is always right"? Definitely won't be spending my money there as often as I used to... very poor customer service ?

Every time I go through the drive through the Indian barely speaks English l ask for a muffin and they respond with "ok 20 asorted timbits" and half the time the food tastes like a piece of foreign steak that has been marinating in urine the breakfast sandwiches taste like actual sand and those ring ring ding ding people don't where gloves when they make the food so I can taste the keabord they type on to scam old people and they have the worst paper straws ever just give me a plastic straw I will strangle a turtle myself

Last two experiences have been disappointing. Previous experience, our order was fine - just zero friendliness or interaction. Person at the window didn’t even make eye contact. Today - we got fewer timbits than we ordered and paid for. Highly recommend you double check your order before driving away.
