“Came for a late lunch and ate the halibut fest Raincoast Salad. I’ve eaten here a million times over the past 44 years and I need to declare: BEST MEAL EVER! The halibut was cooked perfectly- still moist - in a crispy Parmesan crust. The greens were finished in a sensational lemon herb vinaigrette and absolutely complimented the fish. Capers in butter and lightly pickled onions finished the dish. I ate every single morsel. It was absolutely fabulous. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 to the chef.“
