Without a doubt, the finest sushi restaurant my wife and I have ever eaten at. Will always make a point of dining here when we visit Prince Rupert. The Granville Island sake is killer.

Food was absolutely stunning, I almost cried leaving the restaurant because the meal was over. Now all I have are photos to reminisce…

Delicious friendly and laid back. The market has excellent local selections from books to spices to art. Intimate seating, say hi to your dining neighbors here!

I would fly back here just to try their 5 course tasting menu again. I believe it was $65pp. Pretty reasonable for what you get.

A real culinary experience that was above and beyond. The 5 course tasting sushi was the best we ever had in our lives. Will definitely return.

Seriously, this may be the best sushi restaurant in Canada (North America?). Would you like fish sustainably caught from the view outside of the restaurant window? Amazing food and staff. I strongly suggest leaving it up to the chef and enjoy your evening.

One of the gems in Prince Rupert. Food so fresh that it melts in your mouth. Service is so kind and tentative. I strongly suggest having the Fukasaku favorites, a selection menu from the Chef that it has a bit of everything. Make a reservation, you won't find a table since it's very limited. It's worth it 100%!

Chef and his team have created a curated experience. His attention to local seafood and his knowledgeable staff have transformed a culinary experience that highlights the North Coast. Each dish was an absolute treat and the atmosphere of his restaurant transformed the dishes into memories.

First time trying this restaurant despite living in Rupert for 2 years! We had the 5 course meal. It was beautifully prepared. A work of edible art. It was incredible to try such quality, local seafood. The service was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Dai the owner is wonderful. There are a number of vegan options. I’m hoping one day he will offer a vegan ramen ??. Great atmosphere in this restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2022-07-20
