I ordered pizza over the phone at 8:41pm, it took until 9:33pm. It was noted for the delivery person to enter my apartment number at the door buzzer, but there was no call from the buzzer. He called me and I asked him to please enter my apartment number or look for it on the directory; I couldn’t go down because I can’t leave my toddler daughter alone. He replied “no I’m saying to come down for your order” I did just hung up because I felt like that was rude, my door buzzer does work. I called the customer service line, and they tried to ask me to do the same thing to just go down to grab my order. Until someone I think from the local restaurant called and asked the same thing, then I explained why I can’t just leave my apartment to go down, he put me on hold to ask the driver to buzz my apartment. He finally does after almost 20 mins of this back and forth thing, but I decided it’s most likely cold by now and not want to accept it, especially with poor customer service from driver, since he hung up on me while I was trying to explain how to use door buzzer. If the delivery fee and possible tip is being paid, I don’t understand the delivering part of the job was so difficult to manage. Please note: my door buzzer is working and never had a problem, this driver simply just didn’t want to deliver to my third floor… it did work after he finally decided to ring after almost 20 minutes of him trying to get me convinced to leave my toddler daughter alone to grab this order.

If you order pick up. They won't start your food till you arrive. After ordering at least one pizza every week (minimum) for the past two years you think they'd know to have it ready at the time stated. It's really annoying to arrive 5 minutes after the pickup time and wait an additional 7 minutes for the pie.

The good : greeted right away. Pizzas were ready for pickup. No issue to add something to my order. The bad: I ordered 3 large pizzas all had bare minimum toppings on them and with that bare minimum flavour. Save your money.

Placed order online for delivery. One pizza was wrong. All food I received was cold. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Then to not have a working debit machine . And being told to call customer service to make a payment over the phone. This was just horrible experience. I order 3 individual pizzas and a salad. Also ordered cinnamon sticks and they are all burnt!
