The good : greeted right away. Pizzas were ready for pickup. No issue to add something to my order. The bad: I ordered 3 large pizzas all had bare minimum toppings on them and with that bare minimum flavour. Save your money.

Placed order online for delivery. One pizza was wrong. All food I received was cold. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Then to not have a working debit machine . And being told to call customer service to make a payment over the phone. This was just horrible experience. I order 3 individual pizzas and a salad. Also ordered cinnamon sticks and they are all burnt!

Panago is more expensive than Domino's, and they also has regular deals then Panago's. That said there's no local Domino's in PR, so Panago is still a good option. My pizza was made quickly and fresh, but still $20 for a medium with no extras. Not much parking out front sometimes.

Food came cold and online the extra large pizza said it was 22.50 and they charged me $38 I really don’t think they can charge that much tax

I had a delivery driver expect a handsome tip from a $76.86 order, tried to take my change without question, then when I asked for change he tried to give me $5 back from a $100. I told him the correct amount to give back after his tip he insisted I take $15 back. I told him it wasn't a negotiation then he gave me my change back, I wouldn't of complained if I didn't recognize him as the driver who almost hit me as a pedestrian a month and a half or so prior in a intersection by PJs midway turning onto hays cove Ave. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Their order system requires the phone number of the hotel you are staying at ? That makes no sense because if they need to contact you the person at the fri t desk will not know anything about your order or what room your in.Terrible place to order from of working out of town
