We ate as part of a tour. The dishes were good but nothing more. Nothing exceptional. Basic kitchen.

Being working from Alberta (and many other provinces), this place honestly has some of the best food I’ve ever had. I work on the road in every corner of every province.
This fellow, who is the owner of, is not only the server, but also the cook! Add this, nobody is ever waiting nor complaining even with multiple tables to wait on. The food is VERY eloquently presented and delicious!! The price is what it is out here, but I keep coming back because it’s worth it! This guy has some mad skills!!!

Tried once on July 9 for delivery. Ordered the seafood platter which is over 200$ expecting this is a family meal , as shown in the picture it has nothing worth the price .( barely any meat in the lobster tail )
If you compare this price to what you get in Captian’s boil in Vancouver ( which is in more busy / expensive spot ), you would know the difference. That was the worst meal / quantity/ price value I had ever had. Never again !

Delicious Mediterranean and Greek food and delightful service. We loved the flaming feta appetizer, moussaka, roast lamb, and donair. The dessert list looked great but when we were too full to sample it.

Decent restaurant. It was just one guy cooking and waiting tables which I imagine could get tricky if it was busier. The atmosphere is decent but the entire restaurant is essentially underground which means there's no real view. Food was okay but not great - pita bread was fluffy and nice but the pasta was uninspired. Prices were too high for the quality and quantity of food.

Our server who was also cooking did a fantastic job and was very attentive. Our garlic prawns and garlic bread was delicious along with our dinners. Recommend to anyone in the area or staying in the inn.

I came to Prince Rupert’s for the fishing, little did I know I would fall in love with something totally different at this quaint little restaurant that shares its space with the Pacific Inn! I ordered the Roast Lamb and have got to say, it definitely did not disappoint! Wonderful, quick, kind and very polite service and the lamb, every bite was better than the last! I will definitely be returning to Prince Rupert’s for this dish, that’s for sure!

My new favorite place to eat at in Prince Rupert. A branch from the restaurant by the same name in Terrace. The menu seems to be the same and the food is just as delicious. I definitely recommend.

This man knows how to make food. I have never tasted flavours like I have coming to Sonbadas steakhouse. An absolute treat. Intimate venue. Culinary mastery as the main course. You choose this for your night out you will not be disappointed. Blown away by the service but most of all the quality and flavour of the dishes.

The chicken had turned and was rotten but they served it anyways. We threw it out Lamb diner was all fat and grease. Tried to resolve over phone but they ignored it. Will never eat there again and advise you not to. Disgusting and disappointed.

wanted to TRY Sonbadas Pr Rpt for a while but hesitant. Now with good reason. my chicken souvlaki was rubbery almost raw. like it was assembled then frozen then cooked but not cooked thoroughly!and I found string in rice pilaf !cook said it's celery string that they blend with carrots but MyLove pulled on it and it was like thick thread that wouldn't break !and greek salad was dark like it sat in fridge for a while!MyLove had moussaka and was very oily and greek salad was dark also .i felt sympathy for the guy as he was the only one person running whole restaurant. cooking, taking orders packaging take outs He was very apologetic. but just got too queasy with my chicken souvlaki.
