I don't appreciate a 30 minute wait to be served every time I go here. 3 registers but only ever see one open and a line up out the door as staff are working on serving both foot traffic and app orders. Staff are always pleasant and food good. As much as I prefer Tim's over McDonalds at least McDonalds respects my time.

Tim Hortons in Prince Rupert is a great spot for coffee and snacks! The French Vanilla and Timbits are always fresh and delicious, and the staff are friendly and quick, even during busy times. Always a reliable and welcoming place! 5/5

Good service and coffee,etc,etc but the place is dirty,garbage on the tables,I know it's a pretty busy place but they need somebody cleaning all the time,thats the only downfall for me anyways.

Every time I go there to order, I always have a problem with Kimberly messing up my order, at this point, I feel like it is on purpose. This is like the 5th time this has occurred, when it’s not her taking or making our order, we don’t experience this problem. She needs to do better, and stop giving inaccurate orders. I will reach out to management tomorrow as well.
Update: called the restaurant and they offered to talk to this employee and a free drink. I’m glad that a step has been taken for these inconveniences.
