Every time I go there to order, I always have a problem with Kimberly messing up my order, at this point, I feel like it is on purpose. This is like the 5th time this has occurred, when it’s not her taking or making our order, we don’t experience this problem. She needs to do better, and stop giving inaccurate orders. I will reach out to management tomorrow as well.
Update: called the restaurant and they offered to talk to this employee and a free drink. I’m glad that a step has been taken for these inconveniences.

*Disappointing Service at Tim Hortons*
I recently visited the Tim Hortons and I am thoroughly disappointed with the service. I stopped by to grab a quick breakfast, but my experience was quite bad with the staff ( only few of them) who took my order. I would say they need to be more attentive and cheerful while talking to the customers.
