I always have a great experience at the Tim Hortons in Prince Rupert. The staff are consistently friendly, efficient, and make sure orders are accurate. The coffee is fresh, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere is welcoming. A dependable and pleasant spot for a quick coffee or breakfast!

If you want to wait in line while they serve mobile orders, this is the place for you. Only 20 minutes wait! I used to come here all day. No more.
It’s too bad corporate policy is killing this place.

They were super busy over the weekend, but they were still really friendly. You could tell they were trying hard to give good service, and they seemed to appreciate us being nice to them. My first visit, they ran out of some items, but the food was awesome. The service was fast! We appreciate them working so hard with so many people.

Customer service was horrible. Ordered a hot specialty coffee and some food. When the coffee was made it was an iced one (which I did not order) the employee had a visual display of frustration and disgust to have to remake the proper coffee. Seems that staff really don't like their job, customers or both. Definitely sad to see because Tim Hortons is usually so much better than that.

Crappy service. Ordered 2 plain doughnuts, had to repeat myself 3 times.finally just asked for my money back and left..they need to hire competent worker..and supply hearing aids for the staff... this place gotten worse I watched a worker reach in the display case and handle several muffins, looking for a specific flavour...customers were raising eyebrows and shaking theirs heads in dis-belief...I would fired her on the spot...there is nothing canadian about Tim hortons ... i suppose it's American owned..

Your employees need to focus more on there work rather then taking to each other. And focus on one task not making 5 meals at once and half assing all of them... sitting there talking in there own language instant of paying attention tot here job.... your employees need some customer service Improvement

I don't appreciate a 30 minute wait to be served every time I go here. 3 registers but only ever see one open and a line up out the door as staff are working on serving both foot traffic and app orders. Staff are always pleasant and food good. As much as I prefer Tim's over McDonalds at least McDonalds respects my time.
