Horrible experience ordering from west end. We ordered ginger beef with our order and picked it up from Port Edward. When we opened our order, we found no ginger beef but a completely different beef meal that we did not order or want. We phoned in to get our order corrected and the staff refused to believe they got it wrong. They said “they know how to cook ginger beef” but yeah we know what it looks like and this was just not it. Food had no flavor, was like it was rinsed off with water after it was cooked
Not bad if your eating in but delivery takes way too long. Over 2 hours for 3 combo plates be to delivered
