I have to leave a star otherwise the food and service would be 0 stars. The food was undercooked, the wait for the food took forever and there was like 2 front staff and 1 back staff for dinner rush in a Friday night. The meals were made incorrectly - baby burgers with mayo on it… and told us that’s how they come as if I’ve never dated at an A&w before.Just terrible. Shut the place down if you can’t do it right. Also the meals cost $70 and was AWFUL

This location is grossly understaffed. Management should be ashamed. Kudos to the staff for sticking around with such horrid management. Just waited 35mins for 2 buddy burgers. 1 person in the front and 1 in the back it seemed.

This is the worst branch of A&W that i’ve been to. Service is very slow, it takes so long to make the food once ordered and staff do not seem friendly and THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS who are standing there waiting in line yet drive thru is getting orders so quickly. All of my visits to this branch are always the same experience every time. This branch sucks.
