Food was okay but the staff were very nice. Convenient place to stop while you charge your Tesla at nearby Superchargers.

Stopped in for a quick meal while travelling and had the best burgers we have had in a very long time. We had the Bacon Two Cheese deluxe stack burger combo, and the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stack burger combo. Cooked perfectly, nice and juicy, with just the right amount of sauce on soft, fresh buns. Fries were cooked perfectly as well.. not greasy tasting, lightly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Staff were exceptionally pleasant. Restaurant was clean. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back next time we are there.

Stopped in on my travel thru Princeton for an ice cream cone. Disappointed ? in the fact the ice cream was NOT the usual yummy creamy taste that DQ is known for. Seems like it was watered down, so to speak.

Weird and unacceptable for a DQ location, or any fast-food joint, to be requesting tips on their debit machine. Large portion of dining area was blocked off. Drink fountain was down and store was selling bottled pop from fridge. Not the experience we expected from a DQ franchise. We won't be back.

Food good but the wifi proves that you get what you pay for. Totally unusable.

Just got a peanut butter parfait. It was pretty good, but the ice cream was a bit melted (not surprising given how hot it was. lots of people getting ice cream, which heats up the machine, making it all melty)Vegetarian options: Just eat some meat. So weak.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru while they prepared the order for the car ahead. Most fast food chains would have parked that car and brought the order out when ready so as not to hold up other customers. The staff were rude and unapologetic. They complained about being understaffed and too busy rather than thanking us for the ling wait. They don’t appreciate their customers! Will not go back!

Shockingly fast service for a small town DQ.

11$ for 1 burger is excessive... any more and no ones gonna come here, good burger but not worth 11$ what a scam.

This is just about DQ in Princeton. I wonder if you train your staff to be as rude as possible or if they are naturally ignorant !! We have been twice when passing through and both times treated in an unfriendly, abrupt manner Unbelievable that we couldn't get a coffee at 17:05 because they stop serving it at 17:00 - that is crazy. We go to DQ in Vancouver at least twice a week and are always pleased with our food and the friendly, welcoming service. I would suggest that DQ staff in Princeton need to have training in customer service and learn how to be making their DQ a pleasant place to eat.
