Stopped in tonight hoping to get lucky with a workout and maybe some tacos. Was sad to hear that the restaurant area was no longer up and going but the owner turned the whole place into a gym. 24 hour too! Wasn't expecting that for a smaller town. Owner was super friendly and very welcoming. Dark, ambient well kept place. I was very impressed. Highly recommend. Made me feel right at home. Thank you.

Seemed to be closed. No restaurant? Only a card lock fitness gym was visible, despite a sign posting southwest cuisine and this website showing hours were "open." Headed back into Princeton for a meal somewhere else

Great View , food and Service !!This is just before you reach Princeton, kinda looks like a stand alone place , with rustic look. Once you step in a spacious dinning space welcomes you with large windows presenting great view outside . Patio dinning also available with a stunning view of valley beneath . The food was great with average pricing . We recommend this place

Out of town a bit, this treasure serves up great Mexican with great views. Fresh and tasty flavors, healthy salads and at a reasonable price. Will certainly make this out pit stop on the way to the interior from now on.

The place was closed, but Dean still made sure we got fed. The vibe is great. Amazing patio with a view. An awesome experience overall. The enchilada was delicious and massive and it wasn't even the large.
First time here, food was great, beer was great and view is spectacular. Will definitely be back

What a beautiful little hideout as you eat outside or in if you want and see the great views overlooking the mountains the food was delicious very tasty great price and the owner and staff was excellent thank you and highly recommend them for any stop along that Highway
