This was terrible! The tuna sashimi was paper thin. The gyozas were frozen and deep fried. The California roll was canned crab with a very tinny taste. No dine in and customer service was poor.

I know it's the only sushi place in town, but oh my gosh, is there food good. The service is great, and it is def worth getting the princton roll. Also the nice couple running the place are amazing and always treating you with kindness

Bathroom was closed and dining room closed as well

It was alright, portions were pretty small, food tasted alright. Nothing too notable. I would give it 3.5 if I could.

If and when you're on the road near the Okanagan Valley region, near Princeton, BC, take the time, if you like sushi, you've got to stop and experience some great sushi, tucked back in the Ace Motel in Princeton, BC. It's called Mikado. It's low key, understated, and delicious!Just a couple blocks off Hwy 3, you won't be disappointed!

If you are on the road trip and get away from deep fried foods, this is a good place to visit. Only downside is there is no dine-in serviced currently. We recommend the cali rolls and spicy salmon cone.

REALLY TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE!This was our first time eating take-out from Mikado Sushi and I can’t explain why it took us so long to do so.We ordered the Princeton Roll and the Mikado Roll—both were excellent. What I find remarkable is that they are able to prepare such tasty food with ingredients that might be challenging to source in such a small community. When I called, they must have captured my phone number and I received a very helpful text when our order was ready. The have a cosy and smooth little operation with a friendly and courteous staff. The food was carefully and thoughtfully packaged. When you don’t feel like cooking, it’s particularly nice to order food and feel that you’ve received your money’s worth.

I went here just as a stop on my trip. There was no eat in option and no big deal, Covid is over but I get it that some people were still afraid, totally understandable. So I ordered take out, little pricey but also not a big deal, I left her a good tip almost 5.00, like 4.90 or something. I came back to get my food and since I’m eating in the car I asked for a plastic ramekin and she said it’s not free, I said no problem how much would you like, she says .50 cents , like I could see .10 maybe even .15 but .50 she is just being difficult at that point. I thought it was a very rude ti charge that much for a ramekin that is required to eat my meal because she does not allow an ear in option!!! Rude rude lady! Also the eel smelled fishy and I could not eat it .

Bland, too much batter for the prawn, sushi rice isn't sushi rice (it doesn't have the vinegar flavor). It was by far one of the worst sushi places I've ever been to.

The sushi's rice is not fresh, but the ingredients are good. The experience is awkward.

Good quality sushi! Would definitely eat here again next time I'm in town.I had the spicy combo and an Alaska roll.

Delicious food, good portions, and great value. Definitely stopping by whenever we find ourselves in the area!
