Took my girlfriend here thinking it would be good but I was wrong. The food was very bland no flavour at all but the appetizers were good. We went in the atmosphere was good, but then someone bought their screaming child in and no employee said anything or dealt with the problem. Our over all experience was horrible, never again.

We split the BBQ platter for one, and each got a salad. The BBQ platter was huge and perfect for the two of us to split. The pulled chicken and the sausage were my favorite items. Through the brisket was a bit tough. The corn bread was really good.

The food is PHENOMENAL 👌👌👌. We had the clubhouse which is the best I've ever had - it's huge, so consider sharing. The GRAVY - OMG - like KFC gravy but better. Someone else next to us got the Ceasar 2.0 - trying that next time. It's like a snack bouquet inside a ceaser!! We came out here for a ride last summer and I couldn't stop thinking about it all winter. A true hidden gem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After spending a long day on the road we visited the Copper Pit for some food and a beverage. to say the least we were impressed! I had the brisket and my riding partner ordered the ribs and wings, both dishes were prepared and served to perfection. We enjoyed the covered patio, and our server Bobbi was attentive, pleasant and genuinely interested in our story. Thanks for the amazing experience! I live on Vancouver Island but am looking forward to the next time I'm in Princeton so I can enjoy another amazing meal.

Was a great place for our lunch stop. They weren't expecting 40 people on motorbikes but they sure handled it well and everyone was served their food quickly. Very good food and friendly staff. Will be back for sure.

Wow! What a gem of a place! The food was absolutely incredible! The place was a total vibe! Beautiful decor and even more beautiful food! I had the smoke house Mac Daddy burger and it did not disappoint! The patties were homemade and fresh. The bacon was perfectly crispy and abundant. The macaroni and cheese was smooth and cheesy with a taste of jalapeño throughout.
Food was average, atmosphere was good service was horrible. 30 min to get water to our table after asking for some… 35 min for my beer I ordered and 40 min for my wife’s Coke. We had our food shortly before my wife’s Coke was delivered. We travel through Princeton all the time and I would not return to this restaurant and I would not be recommending it to friends or family.
