I honestly never stopped in Princeton. I took a chance and landed at this place. It’s an appropriately named BBQ place that’s kid friendly. The Server was super friendly and made my family feel welcome.
I tried the beef brisket sandwich and it was melt in your mouth delicious.
If you find yourself in Princeton, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend this place. Delicious platters of slow cooked meats are offered. My favorite is the brisket but also that pulled pork is so tasty. Prices are great, portions are huge. If you're on your way to Kelowna or Oosoyos or anywhere nearby stop in. You won't be disappointed. YUM!

We had a great experience at The Copper Pit! We ordered the meat platter and everything was absolutely delicious. The brisket and pulled pork were my personal favorites - tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!

Took my girlfriend here thinking it would be good but I was wrong. The food was very bland no flavour at all but the appetizers were good. We went in the atmosphere was good, but then someone bought their screaming child in and no employee said anything or dealt with the problem. Our over all experience was horrible, never again.

We split the BBQ platter for one, and each got a salad. The BBQ platter was huge and perfect for the two of us to split. The pulled chicken and the sausage were my favorite items. Through the brisket was a bit tough. The corn bread was really good.

The food is PHENOMENAL 👌👌👌. We had the clubhouse which is the best I've ever had - it's huge, so consider sharing. The GRAVY - OMG - like KFC gravy but better. Someone else next to us got the Ceasar 2.0 - trying that next time. It's like a snack bouquet inside a ceaser!! We came out here for a ride last summer and I couldn't stop thinking about it all winter. A true hidden gem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
