We split the BBQ platter for one, and each got a salad. The BBQ platter was huge and perfect for the two of us to split. The pulled chicken and the sausage were my favorite items. Through the brisket was a bit tough. The corn bread was really good.
The food is PHENOMENAL 👌👌👌. We had the clubhouse which is the best I've ever had - it's huge, so consider sharing. The GRAVY - OMG - like KFC gravy but better. Someone else next to us got the Ceasar 2.0 - trying that next time. It's like a snack bouquet inside a ceaser!! We came out here for a ride last summer and I couldn't stop thinking about it all winter. A true hidden gem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After spending a long day on the road we visited the Copper Pit for some food and a beverage. to say the least we were impressed! I had the brisket and my riding partner ordered the ribs and wings, both dishes were prepared and served to perfection. We enjoyed the covered patio, and our server Bobbi was attentive, pleasant and genuinely interested in our story. Thanks for the amazing experience! I live on Vancouver Island but am looking forward to the next time I'm in Princeton...
