Amazing cafe, highly recommend! My wife and I were traveling through Princeton and stopped here for lunch and we had the best experience! Our sandwiches were quite large and very tasty. The baked goods were incredible and I really enjoyed the fresh brownies that was recently baked. Our host Jerome was exceptional and made sure we were happy with our meal. He was very gracious and generous with his servings.Although we were just passing through, we now plan to come back to camp in the summer and experience their FAB night (Friends and Beers) night as their beer selection looked excellent, not what I expected in a small town bistro. It was a very well curated selection. This cafe has a great vibe. It was very warm and inviting. I am looking forward to getting back.A++++++ experience, highly recommendedParking: Ample free parking

This is a total gem in Princeton. The baked good are delicious, I think I had the best pain au chocolat and almond croissants ever there. Hubby and I shared (begrudgingly) and halved a breakfast sandwich. Great latte and hubby enjoyed his green tea while we sat at the window and watched the town. We took some sour dough bread and some road treats to go. A little slice of heaven.

Cappuccino only filled a quarter of the cup. And the baked good were stale and soggy.

This is a cute sandwich shop in a rustic old building. Definitely had a locals vibe to it. The sandwiches were fine and a welcome break from standard fast food. The service was pretty good as well.

Sorry, this review is based off second hand knowledge and observation. Pulled off the road for a quick break and so the wife could grab a coffee. Nice place that was very busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying what they ordered. Did not get anything to eat, but the baked goods looked wonderful. Staff was super pleasant as they went about their work. Mrs said the latte was very good. Who know, if I'd have grabbed something, might have been a 5. Sorry.

This charming cafe offers a delightful blend of comfort and creativity. The Montreal smoked meat sandwich is a standout, perfectly balanced and delicious. The cozy atmosphere, adorned with local arts and crafts for sale, adds a unique touch, making it a warm and inviting spot for a leisurely meal.

Get off the main dragIf you are driving through Princeton, don’t miss Thomasina’s cafeWe found ourselves stopping there on our way through for hockey. We had delicious breakfast that is incomparable to anything you could find at a fast food place. The owner operator is warm and friendly and asks for your preferences as he makes your order. It is so refreshing to get customer service from someone who actually cares.Blueberry muffins literally hot out of the oven… fresh breakfast ham and eggers on fresh-baked baguettes that is toasted beautifully before being treated to pesto…. Amazing bagels (according to my teenage boys), and great coffee. The establishment is unique with classy music playing and immaculately clean bathrooms. They have a bar that looks like a good time too, with a wide variety of drinks.I pity anyone who stops at the local fast food place for another greasy gut bomb. Thomasina’s is well worth the short drive off the highway.
