Every time I drive through town I stop for coffee and onion rings. This a&w has the slowest service I've ever dealt with. And the onion rings are always deep fried until they are absolutely crucified. Other a&w stores are usually spot on, but this one is always a struggle.

Called 4 times untill I got through to someone. First time I called someone answered the hung up immediately. The phone just rings and rings and rings. Waiting on my doordash for an hour when the store is within 2km of my house, by time they finally answered my call an hour later they said it was too late to modify my order. Maybe give people the options to make make comments on doordash so we aren't having this problem. Very unhappy customer.

I ordered a SPICY PIRI POTATO BUDDY, DOUBLE CHICKEN BUDDY & YUM FRIES. But they served me 2 chicken burgers instead of 1 VEG BURGER. This isn’t a small mix-up—it’s a serious mistake, especially for someone who doesn’t eat MEAT at all. I trusted A&W to respect dietary choices, and they FAILED completely.
Biting onto meat when you’re expecting a veggie patty is not just disgusting—it’s offensive. This shows a lack of attention, care, and basic competence in handling orders. If you can’t get something this simple right, why should anyone trust your food?
Do better. People rely on accuracy for religious, ethical, and health reasons. This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a complete breakdown of trust.

Worst A&W ever. Onion rings were somehow cold, burnt and tasteless. Uncle burger with lettuce was fine, but the lettuce always makes the beef patty slide out of the burger. There was a long delay - 8 minutes - in getting my food. Server provided the food in a bag but I said I was going to eat in, and she never provided napkins. Being the only customer in the place, she wanted me to come up to the counter to get my food. What gives with this place? Go to Wendys instead.

Well you saw the commercial, teen burger just $4.99! Off I went to buy lunch to buy for my sister and I. Two teen burgers and onion rings to share. Now I first went to this very drive-in hen it opened on the way back from Ten Mile Lake with my family. We kids would sing the A&W song as we came down the Airport hill hoping to get or father interested in a Papa burger.
The burgers are still great but the Onion rings are the Best. Crunchy seasoned coating and sweet onions inside. Just the right size so they don’t slide out of the batter like a wet noodle.

It's clear that this location is likely understaffed. They are sincerely trying their best, though, I sympathize with the younger employees. I could see huge benefits for this place if they were to hire more staff. The food is subpar, at least it was hot. My onion rings were sort of soggy, but the rest of my meal was alright. The service is a bit on the slower side but that could be attributed to lack of staff. Drive thru seems to be prioritized over dine-in customers. Not my #1 restaurant stop in this town, but it does the job.
Poor service. 7 people were served after my order was paid for. The table next to us had ants crawling on it. Had to go back to the counter for utensils and syrup for the kids pancakes. The server barely spoke english. Last ime i'll ever be at this joke of place.

I honestly don't know how this place is still open. I went through the drive-thru the other day and made an order. Before I made my order the lady said she would be with me in just a moment. I looked around and there was basically nobody around and there was absolutely nobody in the Drive-Thru lineup. That made me think...slow service. 3 min later I made my order and drove up to the window and waited 4 minutes just to pay. As I waited It smelt like I was sitting in a urnial. It was putrid. After waiting another 7 min for my food I asked for my money back. I got it back but this is my last horrible visit. Nothing but issues at this location. Shut it down or hire all new staff.
