Went in to get a Rootbeer float, was ultimately disappointed as we were told they do not make them anymore. Since when does A&W not make Rootbeer floats? Also, fix your airconditiong!
Arrived before 11am to get my breakfast meal. Unfortunately I ended up waiting 15+ minutes for a customer with specials requests. So be it. By the time I managed to get to the counter 2 minutes past 11am I was declined breakfast. No though that I waited 20minutes to finally get to the counter. Or ask the kitchen if they could toss some eggs bacon on the grill a couple minutes past.
Anyways next time I will just take my business elsewhere else if this is the customer service I should expect.

Nice place Great location! good service but very slow! Parking available for semi. First Place in the area for collecting donations $$$. Delicious food. Clean and safe! Need renovation everywhere outside, inside also...

I should have left the parking lot as soon as I saw the front door was smashed and closed off. Went to other door like sign said. Walked in saw sections closed off water on floor ceiling falling down. Food was ok, but not up to the A&W standard that I am used to. Frye's were greasy like they used old grease. Panties were overcooked and dry with no flavor
