Extremely slow customer service, more people are needed for this store.

45 minute wait for 3 drinks, and previously i waited 25 minutes for an order of onion rings while the employees fought the whole time, then i got onion rings that were almost completely unbreaded, and were so cold! this used to be the good A&W in quesnel

I ordered a double teen burger here recently and it took a little longer than usual... While I waited for my burger at the drive thru window I heard a disagreement between the kitchen staff and drive thru cashier. As it got heated the cashier the came over and closed the window and proceeded to yell at into the kitchen. After an usually long time a girl came to window and apologized for the wait and said "they are fighting! I'm scared" Im not sure I reacted appropriately by thanking her and wishing her luck and proceeding to drive away. I did slow down on my way out of the drive thru lane but it was mostly rubbing necking in hopes of seeing a Filipino feud.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't have wanted to explain to my kids the explosion of emotions I witnessed.

It was ok. I had to place my order 4 times through the mic in the drive through before I had to tell them to please listen to the words I was speaking to him. Finally, he got it. I was driving away with my order and figured I'd check it before continuing. Good thing I did as the 2 orders of onion rings we ordered weren't in the bag. They put fries in instead and yes, we were still charged for the upgrade to rings. I went back to the drive through to get the onion rings. When I handed the bag to them, the bottom of the bag got soaked with grease that they cake all over the drive through window. I guess they need a new drive through window or something but it was nasty. I would hate to see someone put that bag on one of their vehicle. I put it on my passenger side floor mat and cleaned it when I got home. I can't recommend this location at this time..

Staff was clearly bullying a teenage employee during my time there. Saw this occur multiple times during different visits whenever this girl was working. She's no longer there it seems, proud of her for quitting! It was upsetting to see- will not be returning.

The food is good. I recommend the burger with the 2 Patty's. The drinks are so good and refreshing that I dont recommend this place if you are on a diet.

Vegetarian options: The beond meet burger is so good I would eat it every day if I could.

Dietary restrictions: If you are on a keto diet or any fat loss diet, I don't recommend this place.

Parking: There's a lot of parking, but if you can't find parking, just park at Starbucks tim Hortons or Wings quesnel or marks.

Kid-friendliness: I see kids go in and out of this place all the time it's very safe. I've never been hurt or injured here, and I've never seen anyone get hurt or injured here it's a very safe place for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to worry about, so if you are in a wheel chair or know someone like a family member, a loved one, or a friend who is in a wheelchair, there is no wory you can still get food.

Drove back to return my food after not eating all day, that should say enough. Horrible customer service and food quality. Save your money and don't support this awful restaurant.
