i came for breakfast in last sunday, and my server was reece. she was friendly, and very kind. i have a gluten allergy, and she made sure the kitchen knew and explained the steps in limiting cross contamination, our food was great!

Love this Denny's, some real bangers on the menu. Kids eat free on Sunday and Tuesday, which is amazing. Nice waitstaff. No complaints.

Reece Beach

Ordered pick-up, told it was just about ready when I arrived.
Proceeded to wait over an hour.
Left a complaint and was contacted by some manager from WL.
Made up an excuse that they accidently gave my order to someone else and that's why I had to wait an additional hour on top of my original 30min. Wait time.
Manager said they'd reconcile. Never heard back. Months ago now.

I was completely invisible to my waitperson. I sat for 15 minutes before i was even offered coffee. Coffee came, no spoon or other cutlery. My food came in a reasonable time and that was the last time in my whole 1.5 hours that my waitress came to my table. I had to flag her down at the one hour mark for a coffee refill and for sauce for my now cold hashbrowns. Then nothing until i got up to leave. Being completely invisible i could have just left and not paid but thats not who i am so i went to the till and sure enough she was there immediately when it came to taking money. I dont think she was a bad person, maybe she was just busy, but the other waitperson and the host cleaned the restaurant from top to bottom in that same time. If they had time to do all that, how was mine around but never to take my order, fill my coffee, check on me, or give me my bill???

Nov 23/ 25 Waited so long to be seated, while the servers were doing things like rolling cutlery, that we finally left! Terrible service!

First off, I feel bad for the staff. Woefully understaffed for the volume of customers on a Saturday morning. We were a large party (17 people), and we tried to reserve in the days prior, but were told they don’t do reservations and they would fit us in, no problem.
We arrived around 10:00-30, were put in multiple booths instead of together, but ordered our food. Eventually a larger table opened up and we migrated there. We didn’t receive our food until 11:30-45. The staff were clearly swamped and stressed out, though they were still very polite. 2 servers and a host doing everything they can with a full restaurant and a line up at the door. This falls purely on management for insufficient staff scheduling/hiring.
Food wise, it was standard Denny’s.
