My family and I came back from a long road trip, and we initially asked for takeout, but we were starving and saw that there was not many people in the restaurant, lots of places to sit, so we kindly asked if we could take a seat just to have a few bites and we’d be on our way.(mind you we paid $100, so it’s not like we are just loitering) Without letting me finish my sentence they shortly and coldly said “no , not happening it’s already bagged so you cannot eat here” I’m fine if they have a policy, but your customer service should be WAY more polite and courteous. The few times I’ve come here it’s always a cold atmosphere, and we have decided we will no longer be spending our money or time here. P.S go to mini Japan downtown

I will start off by saying how rude the staff is, glaring us down, rushing us out we were seated for 10 minutes tops. Took our food before we finished, Rude tone, just unbelievable, I highly recommend not coming and going to MINI JAPAN where your presence is accepted.

I come here lots and it’s always great but today the food was horrible and they stared at me and my friends the whole time, one point there was 3 workers starting over at us. They were very rude which never happened to me before and they rushed us out, the bill game as soon as we were done our food, it usually takes 10 minutes to get the bill AND they didn’t give us high chews even when we asked they said no. Mini Japan from now on!!!!

Ginza is amazing and creative. What a great upgrade from their original location. Great chefs, staff and service. They get very busy at times however if you call ahead you'll beat the line ups. Well worth the wait.

The food was great. Fresh fish and delicious rice bowl. The waitress was all by herself,( Jennien) but was great at her job. Give her a big tip!! She deserves it.🤗

Was shopping in the area and daughter asked for sushi for dinner. Tried to walk in for a takeout order and was informed you have to call in takeout orders. Were told we could eat in only if we wanted sushi. Headed downtown to Mini Japan and was greeted warmly and they were happy to take our order as a walk-in customer.

We ordered 2 lettuce wraps tonight Dec. 19, for pickup and California roll. The roll as great., both the wraps were disgusting! Horrible lettuce in same container of beef and chicken mixture. For 34.00 not worth it for the wraps. Not impressed!

Great food. Not kidding around, some seriously good sushi. But... They really could use a few more servers. They ran around trying to serve everyone, on top of all the take out pickups. It was so busy, so it took a long time to get service. All in all was worth the wait though. I recommend taking out instead. (Actually a picture from our miso tonight ❤️)

The taste was fairly good, however they put the volcano roll in a very small container and kinda just piled it on top of one another. Got super soggy and some of them fell apart. Kinda disappointing. Costed over 40.00 for two items.

Just stopped in for the first time we had two different sushi rolls and their hot stone bibimbob. Everything was very tasty and their sushi rolls were a lot larger than I was expecting definitely recommend this restaurant Super friendly staff and very helpful deciding on what I wanted to try
