No, I'm not a Michelin star critic, but I have had a lot of Vietnamese food in my time, so let me go into detail for you. The soup broth tasted like chicken bathwater—like you boiled it down and added nothing for seasoning, and not like a 12-hour simmer, but more like a 2-hour simmer. It lacked flavor.
The vermicelli—well, how do you mess that up? Lol, you managed to. The chicken from my chicken bathwater soup went right on top of the noodles. Have you ever had wet but dry chicken? No? Yeah, it was a first for me as well. Add a little sauce, and you've got the worst Vietnamese food I, or the people I was with, have ever had.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants, Food is very fresh , tasty , authentic - waitress is lovely !
I’m from Seattle, where pho is cheap and delicious everywhere so I’m picky. Soup was hot and fresh, just a little bland. I added some salt and it was fine. For a small town, this place was good enough to satisfy my Asian food craving. The only major thing missing is fresh basil and jalapeño, which I asked for but they didn’t have it. Maybe it’s hard to get these ingredients out here.
