Ingredients: rice stick noodles in hot soup made from beef bone broth and special spices such as fish sauce, cinnamon, black cardamoms, star anises, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, etc. Topping: rare tenderloin beef, well done brisket, and beef balls. Served with Thai basil, green onion, black pepper, hoisin and chili sauce.

I’m from Seattle, where pho is cheap and delicious everywhere so I’m picky. Soup was hot and fresh, just a little bland. I added some salt and it was fine. For a small town, this place was good enough to satisfy my Asian food craving. The only major thing missing is fresh basil and jalapeño, which I asked for but they didn’t have it. Maybe it’s hard to get these ingredients out here.

I love Hannah's, excellent food and service. The pork belly vermicelli bowl is delicious but perhaps they should make it clear that it's fatty pork belly as the delicacy was clearly wasted on a customer who didn't appreciate it in another review. I do agree with a different review that it would be nice if a plate of fresh veg/herbs were included with the pho like other places. Also it would be nice if you brought back bahn mi! Overall a great place.

Food was impeccable, id eat this as my last meal if i could. However, the service was not. The young female server with long brown hair was quite rude. She answered the phone with a 'hello?' And literally nothing else. I thought I called the wrong number. She also was incredibly condescending and brisk, acting like she hated her job. Aside from that I love Hannah's pho.
