Not your usual BBQ joint, but a blend of fresh menu choices. Friendly lady owner is also the chef. My large beef donair was huge & excellent. Lots of garlic sauce as requested, delicious garlic / parmesan aioli is a nice change from regular Halifax garlic sauce. Only a 15 min wait for take-out. We'll be back!
The environment is calming and friendly. The staff are kind and the food.... THE FOOD! It was delivered to our table so fast. My husband had the Chef's Special Pasta and I had the Ultimate pulled pork sandwich. The food was hot, fresh and so delicious
Arrived at 7PM, only 2 other tables were occupied. Maybe the rush came earlier...
Ordered the Ultimate Pulled Pork Sandwich. Lots of good pork, plus bacon, crispy onions and cole slaw. Sounds a bit weird, but actually makes a good sandwich.
My only complaint about the food: the top crust was soooo hard, when I bit it, shards of crust went skittering across my plate. Too hard!!!!!
My other comment is the music/atmosphere: it is NOT a pulled pork...
