Almost $29,00 dollars for two 3 piece meals the smallest chicken I ever seen the fries came in single serving bag inside the meal box just disgusted never again!!!!!!!!!!!! This KFC sucks!!!!!!!

order an 8 pcs meal pay extra for no wings get home an 8 pcs has 3 wings in it. Tried to call 5 times would just hang up last time i go there.

I don't like KFC in general. I'd usually at least give 2 starts, but this was the worst KFC I ever had. The crust was soggy much and had more oil than my car. Fries are literally covered in salt, not even edible. Never again

If I could leave zero stars i would. I have been here twice in the last month and its been the same issues: the food has been left in the warmer too long so its hard and dry. The young child (of an employee?) is watching tv incredibly loudly at a four person table in the lobby and a guy in an employee uniform is SLEEPING at a four person table. Add to that a soda fountain that literally sprays all over you when you get diet coke, and im really not impressed. So sad too because this used to be the best kfc id ever been to in terms of consistently good tasting fresh food. New owners….? Will not be stopping here agai

App rarely works properly so we are forced to order in store which costs more as they do not have the exclusive deals in store. Also, when calling the store it rings about 6 or 7 times and then automatically disconnects. Today is Saturday and the website says they are open till 10:00 but online app will not allow us to order past 7:30. This is not a one-time thing. KFC really needs to up their game. ??

It seems that no matter how specific you are in ordering they just can't seem to get it right. Tonight we had a coupon for a 12 piece bucket, lg fries and gravy, got home and had 2 macaroni salads in the bag. No fries or gravy. It wasn't even busy, so no excuse. Probably had more screw ups than correct orders in the last few months.

This is the fourth time in four consecutive days. I come to drive-thru and all the four times i have been asked to park. Doesn’t matter what time I come to drive-thru even for small orders like 1 sandwich combo. It’s not drive-thru, it is “DRIVE-THRU-PARK”

Asked for a fillup, realized afterward that I got charged for a two-piece. Opened the meal, discovered no salad or fries, and four pieces of chicken rather than two. Wut? But the chicken was tasty.

If you are going to charge $12 for a sandwich at very least the lettuce could be fresh. Wildly increasing prices seems to come along with wildly decreasing quality.

The drive-through is wild. I usually have to wait in the parking lot to get the order for 20+ minutes after paying. The owner really needs to hire more staff or train them better, the management here is severely lacking.
