Drive thru is a joke. If you are expecting your food fast, go anywhere else. I ordered a large popcorn chicken and a big crunch combo and they made me wait out front for my order. I ended up waiting for 45min and ended up going into store to get my food because nobody brought it to me.

I was getting food for me and my kids ,and this employee named Josh aldon took my kids to the bathroom and got naked
Every single time I ask for extra dipping sauce they say yes. I asked if they put it in the bag they say they did. I look in the bag and not only is the extra sauce not there, the default sauce is not there. Four times in a row now and they get funny when you ask if you can have the extra sauce for free because they charge you for it and then didn't give you ANY. And if you go through drive-thru they make you park around front and wait for like one burger. If they ask you the park for one food item just say no.

Never again. Waited 10 mins for my order to then be told by the manager that they didn’t have the item I wanted. Was then told it would take 10 mins to issue me a refund as they were serving other customer orders first. Worst service ever.
