When I visited the KFC in Quesnel, I was impressed with the service provided by the manager, Normita. She attended to all my needs, and the food was freshly cooked when served to me.
Asked for a fillup, realized afterward that I got charged for a two-piece. Opened the meal, discovered no salad or fries, and four pieces of chicken rather than two. Wut? But the chicken was tasty.
Chicken pieces continue to be smaller and smaller. Chicken is often quite greasy. Sandwiches like Big Crunch are usually decent. Fries are inconsistent in quality sometimes fresh sometimes you can tell they have been around for a while.I find the staff to generally be pleasant and friendly. Restaurant is clean so no issues there.
