The staff were the best part of our dine in experience. Friendly. Helpful. Made sure we had what we needed. I would have tipped if it was allowed🥳 Parking is ridiculous. Poorly laid out and no thought to trucks. Bathrooms are not the cleanest. Fries looked to be double dipped or reheated and were not enjoyable in any way. Play room available for people traveling with children🥳
We were travelling through on Saturday March 15 2025. We ordered food for the road. My burger was so wet and mushy I barely ate half and threw the rest out. The fries were so salty I couldn’t eat very many. Worst McDonald’s ever. If I had been in the restaurant I would have returned everything. Get some quality control going and train your staff.

Atrocious experience.. misheard my order over the intercom after repeating myself 3 times. So I received the wrong food. Then they continued to mess up the misheard order and half the food that was on the receipt was also wrong. It looked like they took the burgers assembled them put them in the box. Then proceeded to shake the box and put it into our to go bag.

This morning I went at 10:30 for a McGriddle, they told me they were out, I asked if they could make more which they refused, i worked at McDonald’s for 8 years. It takes 6 minutes to cook the McGriddles and breakfast is served until 11:00. Tonight my girlfriend DoorDashed a deluxe cheeseburger and they gave her a regular cheeseburger. The tag on the burger clearly says deluxe. This is not the first time they have gotten orders wrong, These are two incidents in just one day.

Ordered a large coffee and apple slices this morning about 10:15. Black coffee. Because I'm lactose intolerant. I get my coffee back to class and find it has milk or cream in it. Very disappointed! I had to throw it away. Please be more aware.

Falsely advertises 24 hr service. Showed up at 2am and drive through was 🚫. Not a huge fan of the food, but thats not the servers fault. I do however like their coffee, and the service has always been friendly and often very prompt.
