Ordered here through Skip at 430 and was still waiting at 6. Driver says the restaurant sent them away because they were more than 15 minutes behind. Restaurant says driver never arrived. Skip says they are still waiting on the restaurant to verify. I ordered at 430 because i had an appt at 6 and didnt want to be late. Well i was anyway and none of these companies would help. No way to cancel, restaurant promised to call me back, they didnt, skip dropped me out of their help chat 3 times before i got an email saying it was cancelled. Super frustrating.

Overall really nice! We found the restaurant cold, and kept our coats on. Waiter was very good, wonderful service. This is now my preferred Japanese restaurant that I have tried in the cariboo area. Tofu and salmon were excellent. Nice portion sizes and everything very fresh ans nicely presented.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic! Mini Japan in Quesnel is hands-down one of the best places to eat in town and worth the drive from Prince George. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor — you can tell they care about quality. The sushi is consistently excellent, and their bento boxes and ramen are just as good. Everything tastes homemade, not rushed like you get in some other places.
The staff are super friendly and attentive, and even when they’re busy, they make you feel welcome. The restaurant is clean and cozy — perfect for either a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. You really get great value for the portions too.
If you haven’t tried Mini Japan yet, you’re missing out. Easily one of Quesnel’s best spots for a great meal. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly, menu had something for everyone and food came to our table quickly and it was warm and fresh. We had a lovely meal and tried alot of great food. Thank you, it was delicious!
Wish the waitress checked in on us a bit as we had run out of water and were missing part of the order. She was great when she was interacting with customers though.

Ordered California roll, dynamite roll, and spicy chicken karage. Tasted amazing, sushi was fresh, chicken was so good, loved the charred flavor, gentlemen whom served us was so polite, clean establishment.
I actually wanted to phone and tell them how good it was, definitely come back and try other dishes 😃 thank you.
