Very disappointed. I had ordered an hour ahead of time to help feed myself and my coworkers after we were not able to eat or take our breaks. Panago cancelled my order closed after I we had been waiting for an hour. They did not contact me or explain why. I am so hungry and so sad. If they had cancelled earlier I would have been able to place another order with a different store. Now, everywhere else is closed and now my coworkers and I won’t get to eat. :(

Bought a jar of Italian garlic with my meal and after we all ate some of it we realized that it was moldy. Totally ruined our meal. Now this has nothing to do with the Quesnel store itself.... All that customer service would do is credit 7$ for the rancid jar of sauce. Zero compensation. 50$ for 2 medium mediocre pizzas that were ruined by rancid sauce.....7$? Won't be back.... And again no fault of the Quesnel store... This is a corporate level embarrassment! They feed their customers rotten food and then call it even with a 7$ reimbursement. ???

Respectfully.. I am Disappointed w/ my order! My x2Caesar salads had more croutons & Parmesan than the Romaine Lettuce, and the sticker said it was packed on Wed or that it expires Wed..? As for the Pizza’s, it had little to no sauce& flavour.. I try to careless to be less disappointed when ordering takeout, but this time I was excited to enjoy a treat w/ my kid because we love Pizza!

Not sure what has happened with Panago pizza. Its like there cost cutting- Like hardly no cheese on pizza...more crust than anything. I heard there are new owners,. I'd rather buy frozen pizza from the store than order from Panago.

I went to Panago Pizza in Quesnel BC for my first time. I was served by a nice gentleman by the name of Daniel. He greeted me with a big smile and a hello. He was very helpful pleasant and charming. I told him it was first time here and he replied, that I’m going to love it.Well Daniel you were right I loved it ! Thank you Daniel for making my Panago Pizza experience an A1 epic experience. Your customer service was exceptional. ?
My wife puked for 2.5 hours after eating their pizza my stomach was really terrible as well but I took 3 tums so I would not puke. Wife said the pepperoni tasted off to her, it did to me as well. We only eat 4 pcs out of 2 large pizza we ended up throwing out the rest in the garbage. $65.00 wasted. PHONED head office and complained told them what had gone down they had the guy send up 2 new pizzas, they tasted the same rotten meat on them,so we threw those out as well. I am being totally honest, please save your money and do not risk the chance of food poisoning. It is not fun to listen to your wife to vomit and dry heave for 2.5 hours, and have diarrhea for the next day as well. SINCERELY THE TRUTH. DS.

I was trying to order a pizza because the people there had already spoken French, but when I tried to order it, the lady on the phone yelled something in English at me and then hung up the phone. Personally, I think this is very rude and inappropriate behavior.
