Let’s talk about those warm pretzels. Jesus. Just the right slight of salt, soft on the inside, that beautiful chew on the crust. Not rubbery, not soggy — properly done. Like someone in the back actually gives a damn.
And the custard-filled Long John’s? Don’t get me started. Rich, silky custard — not that claggy, store-bought nonsense — and a pastry that actually holds its shape instead of collapsing like a bad soufflé. It's indulgent, it's nostalgic, and it's bloody fantastic.

Excellent baked goods, always worth a stop. The lemon cake was attacked before the camera could react, it was fantastic! Moist cake, light icing with distinct bit not overpowering lemon flavor throughout.
