Holding people hostage in the drive thru. What is the point of a drive thru if it takes 25 minutes to get through? Can't back out or go forward. Now imagine someone having a medical emergency while they're being held hostage by these guys at the drive thru. Never coming back here ever again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We went here today and they told us that their internet was down so they had to take our order at the window. That's fine. At no point did they mention that it would be almost 40 mins of waiting in the drive thru. We asked them if they could take orders and then park the cars so that we could just drive through as we didn't want to wait and there's no other exit. We were told they cant do that. So basically held hostage for 35 mins in a line up because they refused to make it more efficient.

Terrible service for walk in customers. I waited 15 minutes for my drink with no one ahead of me in line at the counter. They obviously prioritize drive thru and mobile orders.

Ordered a large vanilla bean with coffee, they asked if I wanted whipped cream which is weird because it goes with the frappe. I get to the window, they hand me a medium. I tell them its a large. Instead of remaking the drink, they poured the medium into the large cup and filled the rest with whipped cream... I had no energy to correct them AGAIN.

Ditch the entitled kids with attitude, they are trying to make their own rules instead of serving the customer and following the flow of the process. You don’t know everything.
