Long Table Catering offers vegan salads that change every week, thereâs always something new and tasty. Theyâve also got great energy bites if youâre looking for a quick snack. Cozy atmosphere, and the patioâs dog-friendly!!!
This is my new Quesnel go-to place for coffee! When we visited on a Sunday afternoon the vibe was great in a fresh and welcoming setting overlooking the park. We enjoyed the deck and could have been equally happy indoors. The staff were welcoming and the coffee was delicious, both our americano and small cappuccino. It felt like a pace for locals to meet. Yay!

A Hidden Gem for Coffee and Snacks in Quesnel!
If you're passing through Quesnel or live nearby, this spot should absolutely be on your radar. Hands down, itâs the best place in town for quality coffee and snacks. I stopped in for brunch and was blown away by the combination of great food, friendly service, and an inviting atmosphere.
First, let's talk coffee. Their specialty coffees are some of the best Iâve hadâsmooth, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. Whether youâre a latte lover or prefer something bold like an Americano, thereâs something for every coffee enthusiast. They even offer local twists and seasonal specials that are worth trying.
The food menu is equally impressive. I had the grilled cheese, and it was phenomenalâcrispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and served with a side of fresh local ingredients that made it feel like more than just your average sandwich. Their selection of local treats, from baked goods to grab-and-go snacks, is a nice touch, showcasing some of the region's best producers.
The atmosphere is another highlight. Itâs warm, cozy, and beautifully designedâwhether youâre meeting a friend, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet moment, youâll feel right at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure youâre well taken care of. They clearly care about creating a welcoming environment, and it shows.
Price-wise, itâs very reasonable. For CA$10â20 per person, you get excellent food and drink in a setting that feels far more upscale than the price tag suggests. The value is unbeatable for what you receive.
If youâre in Quesnel, this is the spot to check out for quality coffee, amazing snacks, and top-notch service. Whether youâre dining in or just grabbing something quick, you wonât be disappointed! Highly recommended.

We popped in after a quick detour from our original eatery choice. Warm, woody interior and you order first, then pick your table. We chose outside, as it was a stellar day âď¸.
The special ran out and unfortunately there was nothing on the menu that I was remotely interested in. The menu was mostly Greek . So I went with the last sandwich from a pre-made caterer's fridge. It was delish!

We came to The Den on Canada Day. The line was long, but customers looked happy so we just waited our turn. We got a coffee, a matcha, a Canadian Caesar, and a Naked Fox IPA. We sat inside where was a bit warmer. The staff were so nice and the room was cozy. They have a little library and board game selection. You could spend hours in here. Youâll love it. I recommend it.

The Den fills a wonderful niche in Quesnel. It has late night hours and hosts regular music events. I especially love the heated, dog friendly patio to enjoy some fresh air during our many cooler months. The location is fantastic for families wanting to grab a drink and a small treat before heading to the park (and waterpark) which The Den overlooks. The coffee is excellent, but this is not where I would go if I was hungry as the food prices are high. Overall, thankful for The Den.
