We’ve always loved The Mill — the service, food, and atmosphere are consistently excellent. That said, I feel it's important to share feedback from a recent visit that left my family hesitant to return.
We ordered the smoked ribeye special at $65. About 15 minutes later, our server let us know they had run out of ribeye and would be substituting striploin instead. We were fine with the switch — things happen — but were surprised that the price remained unchanged at $65.
While we generally find *The Mill* to be fairly priced, charging the same amount for a different, less premium cut just didn’t sit right. It was disappointing, and I do think it’s worth mentioning. A quick adjustment or even an acknowledgment of the price difference would’ve made a big difference.

I have to say we went on Thursday and the special was a smoked Ribeye…… I don’t normally order steak at restaurants because I like to think I make a better steak, (same opinion as another person at my table) this steak was amazing and I have not stopped thinking about it, The waitress came out with the order for our friend for the ribs and it was amazing as well, our poor waitress probably had sore arms at the end of her shift, that rack was beautiful and the bark was making me jealous. Also had the brisket beef dip and I was drooling over that as well. I/we will be back thank you to the the mill team

A go to Pub for me and my family. Food is always great and the portions are very big. Great atmosphere, and nice view of the Fraser River. Service is always good. We’ve never been disappointed.

We've lived here for 3 years now and hadn't heard of this place (we like our take-out/delivery), but went here for dinner on the advice of a friend. It was looking like a mistake at first, as the parking lot was pitch black (7pm), but there was lighting on when we left, so maybe they have it on a timer and it's not set up properly for winter yet? When we were inside though it is very cozy and inviting. The food was very good as well. We went with the bison burgers and my wife had the stacker sandwich, but there were several choices that sounded like good, hearty fare. The service was friendly and attentive, and the place was fairly busy but not noisy at all. Would not hesitate to recommend
Best burger I've had in over a year. Everything was excellent. Fried pickles were extra crispy. Fries were fresh pub-style and also dark and crispy. Bison burger was fresh and juicy. Gravy didn't taste like packaged - very good. Atmosphere and music were great. Service was friendly and helpful. Bill was very reasonable. Best pub meal in years. Looking forward to the next visit.

We are regulars at this establishment. Today we ordered our usual meal. The classic burger with fries and gravy. The burger was smaller than the bun and over cooked. We also get a side of gravy which is an extra 2 dollars. It is usually a good size portion but this time it was served in an oyster cup which has the capacity to hold a tablespoon. Really didn't enjoy my 20 dollar burger and 2 dollar gravy.

Stopped by for lunch on a long road trip. We had high hopes based on the reviews. I'm very happy to say we were not disappointed! There was a huge selection of daily specials that sounded mouth-wateringly delicious. The regular menu was loaded with a wide variety of offerings, too. I ordered the smoked bison Rueben sandwich with a Ceasar salad. My husband had the Tuna Poke bowl. Both were obviously made from scratch with fresh ingredients and were absolutely ? delicious! delicious! Our server Danine was lovely. She gave helpful suggestions and provided great service. We were very happy to find this great spot.
