I usually love this location but lately it’s been terrible. I ordered my peach drink already taking a few sips and I found 3 dead fruit flies! That’s not the best way to a morning when I feel obligated to leave a review so negative for a store I so deeply enjoyed for decades.

took 15 minutes to start making my bagel because they didn't have the four cheese that I ordered and didn't bother to inform me, once I asked, I had to compromise for an everything just for it to be mangled and squished. severely understaffed in the morning, line up is out the door, not the first time I've had poor service.

Very dirty especially in the food service area including counters and work stations. To top it off the bathroom had zero soap ... not even a drop of soap! I decided not to order anything due to lack of cleanliness or ability for customers or more importantly staff to wash their hands in the bathroom.
