Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwiches, particularly english muffins, are ALWAYS undercooked at Tims. I get that you are trying to go fast, but when I ask for them to be "extra toasted" you could at LEAST toast them. The muffin isn't crispy AT ALL. Ask A&W how they do it, their sandwiches are so much better.

Espresso machine broken more often than not = coffee or tea only. Lame and low effort.
If you don't request or argue for an extra toasted bagel you'll get a lukewarm bready chewy mess.
Black coffee here is cheap and fast though, if you need a cuppa quick, well, here it is.
Super disappointed. I don't know whether it's too many new people not being trained correctly or what, but I only ordered a double double coffee, triple triple steeped tea and maple bacon breakfast croissant. No sugar in my tea or in my friends coffee and the steeped tea just tastes like water with cream in it, plus the breakfast croissant was made with regular bacon.

The teller taking orders could not speak very good english, and did not seem to understand me when i ordered. So I repeated it again, slowly, and more clearly. The person still did not understand and repeated the wrong order back to me. So I again repeated myself, a little bit louder this time, and a little bit more slower, clearly pronouncing the words. After I finished, they said M'am, you do not have to yell.. which made me laugh, and I said I wasn't yelling, that I was trying to make sure the teller heard my order clearly. They told me to drive up to the window, and when I did, four east indian staff were standing there, and tried to say that because I yelled, that they wouldn't be serving me. What a joke. So I didn't get served, because their staff couldn't understand english and I had to speak loud and slow into the mic.
