I don’t eat bacon, but Tim Hortons gave me bacon in my egg and cheese farmers wrap today. This is very disappointing and disrespectful to my dietary and religious beliefs. Please be more careful when preparing food, especially for people who mention their restrictions. Thanks!!

I was excited to go after the renovations but was disappointed. Customer service is non-existent and the place is dirty. Used napkins surrounding the coffee area and not a cloth or sanitizer to be seen. Garbage on the ground around the food pick up area, it's pretty sad to see. My food was thrown on the counter in front of me and nothing was said. They have the potential to be a really nice Tim's and it feels like no one working there really cares. Hopefully they do better.

I ordered a dozen doughnuts and a take 12. Only got 10 doughnuts and the service was atrociously slow. Impersonal. And to put it bluntly painful. The employee had no idea who's order was who's. Very very aggravating.

I just bought a small coffee and the cup smells musty. Yuck. I had to put it in another cup when I got home.

Store was not busy. We ordered 2 sandwiches. Sandwich guy made the sandwiches and threw them on a counter. We were standing right in front of him waiting with no one else around and he kept looking at us but never gave us our sandwiches. We waited over 10mins until another staff member asked us what were were waiting for and then found our sandwiches sitting on the counter. We were quite upset the sandwich guy left us standing there waiting so long. The store was not busy. It was quite rude of him. >:(

Ordered a pizza and it had a huge chunk of egg on top of it. Could have been very dangerous if I did not notice since I have an egg allergy.
Coffee was very old and when we got a new cup it was no better and very watered down. It tasted nothing like the classic cup of Tim’s coffee!
