I love how they're open 24 hours And actually stay open all night, unlike our McDonald's. The only downfall is their selection throughout the night isn't very much at all but other than that it's great and I love the 24-hour thing.

I go to many Timmies and usually don't have a problem. This particular day we were doing a 12 hour drive, we went through the drive through and placed our order. After we left my passenger passed me my food, somthing I eat most of the time and any other timmies warms this item up. What I got was right out of the fridge, could not even bite it. So I went hungry as I did not have the time to go back and sit in line for another 15 mins. Was not happy at all. Total waste of time and money. I will not be going back to this tim hourtons.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwiches, particularly english muffins, are ALWAYS undercooked at Tims. I get that you are trying to go fast, but when I ask for them to be "extra toasted" you could at LEAST toast them. The muffin isn't crispy AT ALL. Ask A&W how they do it, their sandwiches are so much better.
God help these employees their Manager on duty on floor ( the girl with specs )shouts so much man, instead doing things or helping crew just shouting here and there , this is not how u treat your coworkers

Espresso machine broken more often than not = coffee or tea only. Lame and low effort.
If you don't request or argue for an extra toasted bagel you'll get a lukewarm bready chewy mess.
Black coffee here is cheap and fast though, if you need a cuppa quick, well, here it is.
