What a absolutely terrible meal got 4 bonelesswing sets 2 dry 2 saused the dry looked like the seasoning was just poored on top of one area in a clump of seasoning and the saused ones barely coverd having so little sause that multiple had spots where i could touch easily and come out with clean fingers just so disappointing when kitchen was addressed by this response was what do you want us to do when proper responce should have been offering a remake and apologizes for the poor quality the only redeeming quality was the amazing waitress and how well she delt with it and carried on to deal with it fill my requests to try to mend the situation like getting bowls so i could personally toss them n do the kitchens job for them since they obviously couldnt be bothered but since the wings had been out of the cooker so long they no longer had anything for the seasoning to stick to i ended up giving up on trying to enjoy my meal manager had day off but the wonderful waitress was kind enough to reach out to quickly explain it all and manger promptly took care of the situation with offer of either remake(i didnt trust the kitchen at this point) a gift card (i dont come threw qusnel enough) And taking all wings off the bill which i choose to do so n leave to find better food looking forward to talk directly to the manger to word my disgust with the poor quality of food and embarrassing and ridiculous mind set and responce from the kitchen staff and of course most importantly my emence gratitude respect and thankfullness to the amazing waitress who was the star and saving grace of this whole situation only reason for 2 stars without her id give 0 stars if i could or mby negative

We tried to call well before closing time to place an order but the phone went straight to voicemail when we showed up 35! Min before they closed they said there kitchen was closed

Visiting Quesnel for the weekend and had dinner last night which wasn't a great experience.
I ordered calamari as a starter and short rib and mushroom pasta as a main.
All the food arrived at the same time instead of as courses.
The calamari was very heavily breaded and you couldn't really taste the calamari.
Ate 3/4 of the it then found a hair wrapped around one of the tenticles. When our server came over I showed him the hair, explained it wasn't good to start with and we obviously wouldn't be eating any more of it. He apologized and took it back to the kitchen.
The pasta was heavy, quite oily and not well seasoned. There was a lot of meat and mushrooms in it but it all tasted of bland cream sauce.
My daughter said her wings were excellent.
As we finished eating the server brought another portion of calamari which we were too full to eat by that point. If he'd asked me if I wanted it replacing at the time I'd have said no but he didn't ask so I didn't know that was the plan.
Her friend ordered a dessert which took a long time to arrive and ate it with her dirty dinner plate still in front of her as he cleared half the plates but left the others on the table until after we left.
Brought the bill with the calamari on it until I questioned it then he quickly removed it.
He was very pleasant and said he was still training so whoever is training him needs to do a better job.
Overall not a good meal or service so we wouldn't go again
