Had a group of 13 people, welcomed us in with a smile. The service was very good, the employees were very nice. The wait for the food was not long at all. When the food arived it was presented amazingly, tasted even better. I recommend everyone to come here. Also got a free ice cream!

The food was amazing, and the staff were so wonderful. We came in with a very large group of 13, and they were phenomenal. Would give this an 11/10 if I could. I recommend this place to everyone.

Came in Friday evening and quickly got seated however after that is when things started to get unpleasant. We waited almost 45 minutes to get our food after ordering and we were told that the lounge was extremely busy as well and the two chefs were overwhelmed. Not the waiters fault as they can’t do anything about that so it is more of a managerial oversight I believe that they allowed this situation to happen. Food was decent but wasn’t as enjoyable due to the long wait time we had. We also had no water refills as the staff were trying to remedy the delays in the orders which is to be expected. Aside from that the decor was nice and staff were friendly.

Terrible service. Staff didn't acknowledge us at the door. Waited for 20 mins to be seated. 20 mins to get a menu (after asking). Then was totally ignored. Couldn't tell you about the quality of food as we just gave up and left after waiting some more.

Worst service I've ever had. People were walking out because of this

The 2 hamburgers and macaroni we ordered was not worth the over $60.00 fee. The burger had wilted lettuce and charged extra for so many items on the burgers. The food was good, the fries were delicious but so very few of them.

Unfortunately we ended up leaving after being seated for over 20 minutes for breakfast but having nobody come check on us or offer water or coffee. They clearly did not have enough servers, but were completely full and kept seating new tables. It would make more sense to not accept new tables if you cannot keep up with the ones you have. Was disappointing as we were looking forward to trying the menu. It looked good. We had two little kids with us so not ideal to wait that long.

Food is alright. Prices in Radium are getting out of hand. It just doesn't make sense to pay premium prices for basic pub food, pizza and chicken wings. Also the mojito was made with lime juice concentrate and not real limes and only had 2 tiny leaves if mint. Meh...service was excellent.

Drink was Bad! Tasted like sour Milk vomit! Improper storage of cream liquor. Some need refrigeration after opening. $17.25 And now we’re going to eat elsewhere!
