We had the hamburger and fries. The fries are real potatoes and hot out of the fryer, yum. The hamburger was very tasty also. We were the only custom at about 2:30 and the service was very good. Loved the chair and the decorations while spares was historical in nature.

We try to go once a month. Today was absolutely the WORST service we ever had. Our server (Leya) was more intent on talking to her friend seated at the bar than seeing to the clients.
From no side plates, to no napkins, to only bringing one fork and knife (for a table of 4), to bringing out one persons pizza so late that everyone else was finished eating.
The service was beyond terrible. If this was our first time visiting, we would never return.
Hopefully management uses this as a “training” opportunity.

Absolutely amazing breakfast place! My boyfriend and I came here on November 22nd and was pleasantly surprised by the food quality, prices, decor and service. I ordered the traditional breakfast and it was perfect. Their homemade jam is super yummy, make sure you ask for it.

Not only was the food great, but our waitress was even more exceptional. She was very thorough in her service, advising us of all the pancake options available. We didn't catch her name, but she was young, half Asian and half white. She deserved the biggest tip ever! Well mannered and professional. I even told him I hope we have a daughter as well mannered and beautiful as she is (in a non creepy way). I hope you read this :)

PS: Right after we left, my boyfriend proposed to me by the Radium sign. So we will certainly be back. Thank you for an amazing experience!

If you are passing through Radium, you absolutely have to stop here. The young waitress was so polite and explained all of our food options perfectly. The food was incredible and cooked to absolute perfection. The portion sizes were impressive and a great value for the price paid. We will definitely visit this amazing place every time we pass through radium in the future and recommend it to all of our friends and family.

Food was good!
Service wasn’t bad. The ketchup bottle was mouldy and revolting to look at so I asked for a new one. I kinda felt it low key offended the waitress as she didn’t come back after she served our food. Only for the bill. Whatever though.
I also question the way they serve their jam. Do they reuse it? Where’s the lid? This cant be financially sustainable?!
Coffee was meh.
Toast was hard.

Style over substance.

I'm be perfectly honest. I was impressed when I walked in. It was clean, had a refreshing look and feel. We were seated almost immediately.

I was dining with my dad. He ordered fish & chips, and I ordered a beef nacho platter. I had to repeat myself, because the waitress looked at me like a deer caught in headlights when I placed my order.

First arrived my dad's meal. At first glance, it impressed. Two large breaded fish, and a large portion of fries.

Out came my nachos, followed by the salsa & sour cream (large helpings of both).

Then it went downhill fast. The beef on the nachos was just crumbled in a large pile on top, almost like an afterthought. The nachos themselves were microwaved, by the telltale oiliness of the bubbled cheese. Under the top layer of nachos was a bare layer of broken nachos. I won't even talk about the burnt bottom layer.

The fish breading was so oily that my dad was able to squeeze oil on his plate by pressing on it with a fork. He described the fish as "rubbery and tasteless", and I can attest that the fries were undercooked.

Radium isn't a big place. There's better options within 500m.

I had a wonderful lunch experience at Conrad The Fettuccine was perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs added a delightful flavor. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The cozy decor and warm lighting created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service we received. I highly recommend Conrad for anyone looking for a delicious and relaxing dining experience.

I am a celiac. I asked if the restaurant could do any GF meals, and if not then we would carry on. I was assured they could and server suggested enchiladas. Of course, I was very sick about an hour later and sick for days thereafter. It takes many, many months to recover from being glutened. I emailed and explained. I hoped that it would be a heads up and that they would be honest and careful about their menu items. It is not a minor problem. No response from this venue at all. Additionally, as we sat down the seats were quite grungy and the table had crumbs. We should have bolted then. I certainly do not recommend this restaurant for celiacs, but my husband who is not a celiac was also not impressed with his food. He thought it was very cheaply created.

Tried to eat here.We were told it would be 30 minutes for a table. No explanation, no taking of names. Wasted 20 minutes sitting by the door. Server finally came over, said it if she sat us it would be another 30 minutes before taking our order. They were short staffed. It happens, but it could have been communicated better. Wasted our time and treated us and others at the door like we weren't wanted there. We left after waiting for nothing, along with about a dozen other people.

This may be the best meal out I've ever had! We had the Bison Ribs and the Chicken Alfredo pizza. Both were cooked to perfection and brought out quickly!

The atmosphere was lively and fun, our server, Katelyn, was very caring, and took care of any of our needs. Absolutely amazing experience. Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable :)

The food is good but the service was terrible. We waited for 10 minutes although there were many tables available. The waitress forgot to order two dishes. We ordered kids meals and the 3-year-old kid cannot have pop drinks so we chose the orange juice. However we were charged for the juice because the kids meal only serves pop drink and nobody told us! They said the drinks could be refilled but refused to refill the juice when we asked. Because only pop drinks can be refilled but nobody told us!
By the way, there were many flies in the restaurant.
