I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.I did not enjoy the server coming up to us while we were eating and asking us if we were ready for the bill.. it felt like he was rushing us which is not appropriate or professional.The prices were ridiculous. 2 drinks and 2 mains for $100.....

I am not super happy about the new pizza recipe compared to the pizza they used to have before the new owners. I miss the old pizza it was more of a Neapolitan style and it was so much better than what it is now.

The hotel staff is great it's really too bad they don't own the restaurant because the lady and gentleman who operate the restaurant should be ashamed of their attitudes and professionalism. While on vacation having some of the best memories being made it takes a certain type of individual to remove the dopamine high you're experiencing and replace it with rage, but mission accomplished Conrad's! The first day I interrupted the last and the bartender as I was waiting to order for 20 min only to canvass the restaurant and finding them making out behind the bar - real classy even though I didn't even care just wanted to order food they can do whatever they want I was just hungry. Fast forward to the second day where the lady was making my friend and I feel as if we were burdening them by ordering food providing revenue to a business. Overall stay the hell away from the restaurant and the hotel staff are well aware as there has been multiple complaints. If I owned the restaurant I'd tell the two staff members to apply to clean rooms at the hotel to avoid all human contact as they unfortunately are just not cut out for it.

Not sure how to start this and sound like!!!! this Isn't just a one-off review from the random guy that had a bad day and was upset! first few questions the hostess was completely ignorant! Any Question that was asked she was super annoyed about,after we received our food we didn't have any condiments peanut butter, jam ,ketchup. nothing was asked either and when it was asked for and only given enough stuff for one! I would never recommend anyone here I don't even mention the food because I'm so annoyed of the way she treated us

Excellent atmosphere but lacking in food quality and service.Ordered the surf and turf. Was an 8 ounce steak and was supposed to be 5-6 prawns. Steak came out cooked good, seasoning was lack luster. The “prawns” were baby shrimp that came out of a bag from the frozen food isle. They were about the size of a loonie. Very disappointing. I ordered it with fries, which were a terrible bland frozen fries. Almost equivalent to the ones you find on sale in a supermarket.Counterpartner ordered the fajitas. They forgot to add the steak, so they fried some up when the dishes came out. Only to find out the cut up steak was just thrown in a pan without seasoning at all.How can you even send it out like that?!Service wasn’t the greatest either.Could be due to them being new.Didn’t know what kind of steak was offered, had to ask for waters and refills, had to pour our own bottle of wine.Wasn’t top notch at all.Will not be returning.
