I loved the location across from the park easy to walk to really had a great relaxing time while I stayed the room was clean , during check in Ognjem was very friendly and accommodating on my request on high floor and facing the park.He also mentioned about checking out Begginnings restaurant in Invermere which is just a short drive so next day I went and I highly recommend you go there too please try there lavender latte and smoked salmon toast 😉

I was expecting warmer waters, but stills was a very nice, modern and clean facility

From the quick and friendly welcome, the room was very clean and tidy, access to the restaurant with very good service at dinner, and very easy access to other restaurants, easy access to the parking lot. We'll definitely come back !

We were travelling on a last minute Anniversary Getaway and we can't say enough good things about this hotel. Legendary service from Oggie at check in, room was super clean and wow what a view. The location can't be beat! Thank you to Oggie, Tanya and Team Prestige. We will be back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at the prestige. The chain is quite reliable and have very clean rooms. Would stay again. Few minor things were a slight inconvenience but very fair for the rate and amenities. The spa was WONDERFUL and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great location as well.

The rooms are clean and well equipped. Comfortable king bed. The dining room meal at supper was okay. Wilted Caesar salad served, saucy wings with no bone plate or extra napkins. Very messy but I should have asked for extra napkins and a bone dish.

Checked in at 4pm, only one person at front desk and she had to go check if room was ready, so bit of a delay there. Room was very noisy, could not turn off the 'fan' so got no sleep. Went to go to the restaurant for dinner about 7:30pm only to be told the kitchen was closing as no cook, but if we wanted to wait it would be an hour and a half. DO NOT use the vending machine on the 3rd floor - required card be authorized prior to purchase, NO prices on the items, it did not say how much it was charging me - checked my credit card next day and was charged $5.67 for a 'snack' size bag of Doritos and $5.67 for a regular size Aero chocolate bar....ROBBERY! Only good thing about this visit was the location and we were using points so we did not have to pay....but a waste of our points! :(

The hotel is not bad, but it is in a polygon that has nothing to see and nothing to do.
As a curious fact, a family of mountain goats were wandering around there. nice to see

Denise & Oggie at the front desk were hospitable, friendly and assisted us quickly and efficiently whenever we needed something.... from coin conversion for laundry to extra towels. They were on it, even though the Prestige had many guests, we felt very welcomed there and look forward to returning in the future!

well located hotel, spacious room, good mattress, microwave, fridge, coffee maker
at the Conrad restaurant, super good and hearty breakfast
the negative point: the air conditioning is on everywhere even in the corridor it is too cold especially when the outside temperatures are around 5 degrees
