Stopped ad hoc. Suited our purpose.
Overall good hotel, the bar and restaurant food, drinks and staff were really good, the room itself was ok but i paid for a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi wouldnt hold water, had maintenance look at after first night and they said it was fixed but still didn't work the second night and front desk staff wouldnt reimburse me any of the cost which i found disappointing as i could of just had a normal room for quite a bit cheaper. Likely wouldnt stay again because of this
My husband was at Prestige Radium for a business trip. I called the front desk to ask if they could help me send him a chocolate bar as a surprise from home. Happy was able to help with the request and she was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you!
The hotel itself seems modern clean and well situated. Quite disappointing that calling the hotel directly the only room offered was a 1 bedroom suite... However a quick google search resulted in a wide selection of rooms that could be booked online. Would have been an even better experience if the hotel was more accommodating to direct bookings. More on quality of services after our stay but it seems nice thus far.
Good clean BW I would recommend it. Staff is friendly and helpful
The cleanliness of the property and the kindness of the staff made it the most relaxing stay for our honeymoon. Great location for accessing the local food and shops. Direct and short drive to the hot springs was the cherry on top. Thank you for having us prestige radium. Ps. turn down the mugginess of the pool room and you’ll be golden💛
We were staying for 2 nights with our dog a golden retriever to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday.. The staff was very welcoming as they petted my dog and gave him goodies. In the room they had a beautiful gift for my mom.All the staff all time the reception was with smiles and helpful. Overall everything out there was overwhelming and perfect. Will definitely stay there again. Nice clean resort close to all the amenities.
We stay there for 5 days ,
One morning I ask the desk office to clean my room they told me that was not a problem that it was my day that the cleaner was supposed to be get everything fresh !
We plan me and my family to go out for the day !
We came back around 7:40 with all or kids exhausted and hangry so we went to the room to make some sandwiches and our room was not clean at all, No towels, No toilette paper at all, even the phone was unplugged, it was a disaster ,
So we have to take all our kids that was hangry and exhausted and wanted to go to bed but had to go to the pool so the office girl can bring us all what we need ( toilette paper , towel and make or bed and vacuum ect …
So we end up to pay for restaurant so we can feed or kids !
I can’t explain the frustration we have that night I never see a hotel who not provide paper toilette or towel or even just not cleaning or room at almost 8 pm the night ,
AFTER ALL THAT : the reception didn’t put my name right my name is Elizabeth and she put (Catherine )so when I came to the front desks for a other key they receptionist didn’t want to give me my key because they did put the wrong name on the reservation
I thought to let you guys know incase you plan to
Come to this hotel :)
The room is great, the bed really comfy and the staff wonderful. Only down part is the isolation. We can hear the corridor pretty well from the bed which is not great in the morning if you want to sleep in.
A friend and I came for 2 nights, enjoyed the area so much stayed an extra night. Comfortable beds and clean environment.

I checked in on Tuesday, August 12th. I was told because I was staying 3 nights, I had the option of taking a $20 dollar gift certificate to the hotel restaurant instead of having housekeeping come into the room. I declined the offer.
I get after the first night the room probably won’t be full refreshed, but I expected new towels. When that didn't happen I walked to the front desk and got them myself. On Thursday upon leaving the hotel to conduct our business of the day, I stopped at the front desk to ask if we were scheduled for housekeeping. The person looked us up in the computer and said yes. When we returned at 6 pm, our room had not been serviced in anyway. Piled up garbage, piled up towels, beds not made. I headed back to the front desk and asked did we get forgotten. She looked our room up and said they had a lot of rooms to do that day and we were low priority so it did not get done. I was stunned. I was told they would take $20 dollars of my bill. Really, when you pay over $300 dollars a night, I want a clean room, not $20 dollars off my bill. I did not book a 4 star hotel to receive such poor service.
The pool was awfull. Cloudy water and virtually no ventilation. The airr was so stuffy and the air was full of chlorine, so bad our eyes burned rwd. We had to open the back door to get fresh air. I think they really need to renovate the air system.i think they use toouch chlorine as well.
This is a great hotel in Radium Hot Springs. It's clean, comfortable and has an awesome restaurant on site. There's a pool for the families and a spa that you can book services at. It's also centrally located, an easy walk to the nearby Hot Springs and we got to see sheep walking around the town in the evenings.

Our recent stay was pleasant. The location is very near the main roundabout, close to shops and restaurants, and only a short drive (or longer walk) to the hot springs and Sinclair Canyon. (Invermere is a little further, but still only a short drive away.). The room was clean and there is a large pool and hot tub on the bottom floor. Free coffee in the lobby area in a nice amenity. Received a voucher for the on-site restaurant in lieu of housekeeping; good food with a very reasonable kids menu. Would stay again.
