Top notch! Service, ambiance and food were all incredible. Best Vegan food I've had in a long time and the Chef, knowing we were sharing the Main Course, split it into two dishes. Need I say more ... that's service above and beyond.

Intimate fine dining experience. The sablefish and risotto main is something you would find in a 5 star restaurant in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary or Ottawa. The cocktails were ok but definitely not great - stick to the wine or beer instead.

Cold brew coffee was terrible. It had a strong sour taste. They made an iced coffee, which we really appreciated, however, it just tasted like a watered down sour coffee. The lavender latte was good.

A huge shout out for the fabulous new cafe and restaurant, Steamboat Lounge and Forage in Radium Hot Springs.

Hands down it’s the best restaurant in the Invermere/Radium corridor!

We ate at Steamboat two nights in a row, and the service, ambience, fabulous music, welcoming patio, and the locally-sourced food (some of it grown right on site) was table-pounding-ly good.

We had the sable fish with risotto, bison carpaccio with beets, bison sliders, a broccoli dish that would convert most broccoli skeptics, and one of their most popular signature dishes, the spicy Cauli crisps: spicy cauliflowers on a sticky rice cake with avocado crema and pickled cucumber. (It’s one of those dishes that you’ll fall madly into a long term relationship with.)

And as a bonus you have a good chance of watching a herd of bighorn sheep saunter past!

Amazing staff. Bar staff helped service seamlessly. Food was excellent. And drinks perfectly presented. Our first visit - but not our last.

Steak is cooked perfect, excellent flavors, Caesar salad was perfect and we had the delicious Sable fish dish on recommendation by our server and it was amazing.. service and patio view were unreal. Definitely will go back.

I coordinated a large golf group to the area and they were able to accommodate us with reservations. The food and drinks were fabulous. The favorite restaurant we visited in the area. I had the risotto with sable fish and a lovely creme brûlée.

Loved this small restaurant. Food tasted like made with fresh ingredients- and flavorful. Nice presentation and matched with tasty wine, were or drinks. Atmosphere was ideal for date- or friends-night. Not the usual tasteless and loud resort place. Lucky us for choosing Steamboat tonight!

Went here for dinner and then breakfast the next morning. Inside is super cute but we opted for patio!

Cocktails and coffee were delicious! Love that they use local ingredients and a bunch of stuff is made in house!

Got the burger and salmon tartare. Salmon tartare had homemade crackers, super tasty and refreshing dish. Bf loved the waygu burger with house made bun.

Got the breakfast sandwich and veggie burrito the next day. Make their own in house milk which is very cool! One of the best breakfast sandwiches and burritos we’ve ever had.
