They do not want you to use their promotions here. So, if you have promotion you're not welcoming you. You should pay im full always, even if you have promo on your app or cupons. However, they have sticker about accepting all promos. That's lie, a simple, pure lie. And.... but the way, they have a disgusting smell there...

Stopped by while driving through Castle Junction and tried the Chicken Teriyaki Crunch. The flavor was decent-sweet and savory, with a nice crunch from the veggies. It wasn't the most memorable Subway experience, but it hit the spot for a quick lunch. The place was clean, and service was average. Good for a convenient bite on the road, but nothing too special.

Very nice and clean looking subway located inside the gas station/convenience store. Staff was very friendly and my order was done quick. Tasted delicious, just what you need for a quick pick me up. There are also benches outside you can sit and eat too as well

This Subway, located just a 5-minute walk from Prestige Radium Hot Springs and right on a gas station, offers excellent service and friendly staff. Despite being super busy, they maintain high standards of hygiene, with staff changing gloves frequently, which I observed while having my bowl prepared. I had food here twice, spending over $300 in two days, and found it to be consistently good. If you're in the area, this Subway is definitely worth a visit.

They really dont care if you have celiac/ gluten allergy. The asian lady was making both with gluten and gluten free sandwiches at the same time with same gloves.

I asked for pineapples in my order, and the guy at the counter told me that pineapples are only available in USA Subways, not here in Canada. He said it in such a condescending way, as if it was my first time visiting Subway. I've been a customer in Canada for longer than this guy has been making sandwiches, and I know for a fact that pineapples have been available here before. The staff clearly needs better training and customer service skills.

Unfortunately, the employees do not know how to handle gluten friendly sandwiches as they Do not change their gloves in between working back-and-forth with other peoples non-gluten-free sandwiches.
The gentleman making our sandwich on Monday around 4:30pm was a skilled sandwich chef! Everything was the perfect proportion and spread out evenly. He took pride in that sandwich and I’ve never had such a positive experience at any other subway or different fast food restaurants.
Give that man a raise!
