Yesterday i went with my friends to have veggie subs and i came with the experience of delicious food. The service was given by employee was so gentle and good. Everything well maintained and proper guidelines followed by employee. I am so impressed by all these things. Lastly, want to say that best food, best employee, best atmosphere:)

We went there after hot springs and wanted to have veggie patties, unfortunately the lady working said she won’t do it. She said patties were too frozen. We told her we can wait for sometime, still she was just lazy to do it. The food prepared was good, but when asked for more cutlery, she became rude. Overall experience was Okay!!

Best Subway ever??Nice staff and ingredients looks so fresh!They also have a awesome supermarket, gas station, coin laundry, and car wash all together!?And there’s place to have a seat to enjoy the delicious subway??I’ll absolutely come back✨Parking: Biggest gas station in town.

Wanted to get some food after the hot springs at 9pm. Went in and saw they were completely closed even though their hours said they were open until 930pm. Either fix your hours on Google or stay open until closing.

Worst Subway ever!! Looks like staff is untrained and is doing you a favour by making your sandwich. Seems they are in a hurry to just get rid of the customer.

absolutely horrendous, my friend and i came here coming back from calgary and the worker literally gave me only 2 green peppers and 2 cucumbers on my sandwich. and the bread was stale the workers were quiet and my friend and i got the same sandwich and she got charged more than me. i would rather eat out of the trash can.

Worst subway i ever been at. Start bunch of subs get confused what is what then throw subs away in front of customer then get mad at customer. Cant speak up then have face covered. Easier to understand a 2 year old.

Staff was friendly and gave good portions when making the subs, I love that I didn’t have to ask for more of anything.

Came in 20 minutes before closing and were told we were still good to order. Employee was moving incredibly slow with another person in front of us and after waiting 12 minutes (still 8 minutes until closing) we were told he wouldn't serve us anymore. It would have taken me a minute or 2 make our sandwiches. Terrible customer service. Not sure why you would promise to take our order and then change your mind after 10 minutes while you are still open, very unprofessional.

Sandwich artists struggling to understand what we were ordering and kept trying to get us to pay for the next sandwich. Very slow as well.

Absolutely terrible! The bread was hard and old; cookies were more like hockey pucks, and they were ridiculously stingy with all toppings, and when asked to put more on, they would add 1 or 2 more. Save your money and go somewhere else!

So not actually sure what happened but Ashley was our "sandwich artist" for starters she was extremely rude or maybe intoxicated. She was so out of it she just left the bacon to my sandwich on the counter, one of the other ladies working there had to put it in the oven. While making the gentleman's sub ahead of us she slapped on so much lettuce pretty much nothing else fit. Ignored the guy when he asked for honey mustard then, she proceeded to put on regular mustard then mayo but the poor guy was too nice to say anything. She then tried to close it but it was so messy she just got toppings everywhere. No hair net either and she looks extremely unkempt. Very odd experience and would probably never go back to this subway again even though, the other two ladies where great. Give them more shifts and just can Ashley.
