Manager served me at the till I asked for coffee in a mug was proposed a cup had to insist for a mug and the manager was rude about it. Then I wasn’t asked for milk or cream and then the manager was blaming me for nor saying how many I wanted even though they were rude and rushed to fill the coffee the whole experience was surreal and this manager shouldn’t be working at the counter. That lack basic customer service skill and we’re blaming the client for their poor service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Bunch of kids just sitting there on there phones while I waited 10 minutes just to order when the place was empty..... how are there like 7 people working and no ones able to do there job proper....

Food was A&W mid, and the root beer slush is super sweet, and the machine that makes it broke my cup and made a big mess. The staff seemed to be pretty fresh, and trying, but they're probably under trained and under paid, so I don't blame them.

my family came and spent over $50 at this a&w drive thru. we only asked for 1 modification for our order; extra pickles on my chubby chicken burger. at the drive thru i asked for 10 pickles, i usually do this so they give me more than just 3 slices. the person taking our order repeated the instruction back to us and when we got our food, there were 0 pickles and i didn’t even see the mod added to the receipt. meaning it was the fault of the drive thru attendant, not the kitchen, who looked less than pleased to be serving us today. terrible experience 0/10 (just like my pickles)
