I visited this A&W after a very long day of skiing. I am very impressed by how fast the food came out - likely the fastest I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Highly recommend!

I went through the A&W drive-thru today and ordered a burger and a drink. I accidentally ordered an icer, and right away I asked if I could change it to a smoothie instead. The staff member told me he had already made the icer, and when I said I didn’t want it and preferred the smoothie, he became extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to make the smoothie and spoke to me in a very unprofessional tone. This experience was honestly very disappointing and left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this because this is not the level of customer service I expect from A&W.

Food is ok. Atmosphere is ok. The customer service is very minimal. Looks like minimum customer service made more work for the staff. Almost every customer asked for ketchup and napkins, and the staff are running around.

The place was being cleaned up after a dinner rush but was still quite dirty. They messed up our order and gave us 5 combos for the 4 of us and they looked after us we'll.
