I went through the A&W drive-thru today and ordered a burger and a drink. I accidentally ordered an icer, and right away I asked if I could change it to a smoothie instead. The staff member told me he had already made the icer, and when I said I didn’t want it and preferred the smoothie, he became extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to make the smoothie and spoke to me in a very unprofessional tone. This experience was honestly very disappointing and left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this because this is not the level of customer service I expect from A&W.

The place was being cleaned up after a dinner rush but was still quite dirty. They messed up our order and gave us 5 combos for the 4 of us and they looked after us we'll.
Love their chicken burgers. Always fresh lettuce on it.

All the tables were dirty, even after wiping it down myself it was sticky worn out and gross. Ketchup pump didn't work, clean up station was filthy with garbage and compost overflowing! Food was fries and onion rings were cold. All in all it was a terrible experience!
