Although service was very good, and the restaurant was clean—this was the first bad ramen I've had from a restaurant. Chicken was dry, egg didn't seem properly marinated, and the broth needed more flavour.
I did like the fire sushi, and the portions are decent for the price, but I think there is room for improvement with respect to quality.

Been dining here for years and it's always been great, whether I eat in or order takeout. The price is pretty decent given how expensive Revelstoke has become.

Grabbed a few dishes from here after a long day. I really like how the menu is labelled well for veg items and there’s also a veg platter with all of them. The yam and avocado roll was great and the miso soup was really good as well. But the teriyaki tofu was very weird. It came out like one of those sizzling fajita plates, tasteless and overly oily. The spicy agedashi tofu was fried well but I believe it was covered in franks red hot sauce and accompanied by some watery tasteless sauce. Little off putting for me. Overall just okay. California rolls had very little avocado in them and the service wasn't good

Initially felt awesome, food was great server in the beginning showing good manners. But ways changing very fast after refusing more food requirements, and always tried to push customers away if they don't shop more.

My brother had a birthday there and ate sushi ( ofc ) we rate it 4 because we liked it but for me it was 3 stars only. The place was normal but the food went out very fast and I was surprised ?.
We came on holiday to Revelstoke for 2 days.
We tried to find 2 Japanese restaurants that had traditional flavors.
I recommend Frisby Ridge Sushi if you want something authentic and delicious.
Three of us came and ordered Sushi combo Maki C, Takoyaki, Udon Tempura.
The Udon soup tastes very good, just like what we've eaten in Japan.
The shop is not very big but there is enough seating. We arrived at the restaurant at 6 p.m. so there were enough seats available.
But there were 4-5 tables of customers ahead of us, which made the wait for food quite long and there were also customers calling to order food to take home. But we understand that the cooks do it meticulously and it comes out well.
We are satisfied with the taste and price paid?
Vegetarian options: You must inquire with the restaurant staff before ordering food.
Parking: You have to park your car along the side of the road, sometimes there is no parking space and you have to drive around looking for a parking spot several times.
Kid-friendliness: The shop is suitable for children and all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair should be able to enter.

Great food! My family and I enjoyed the dinner. Will come back for sure next time we visit here. Best dynamite roll and ramen! Too bad they dont have pork option for the ramen. But over all 9/10.

Best sushi in town for sure. Unfortunately I havent been in a long time because they are always closed.
The food and presentation are both good. Recommend.

I visited Revelstoke and loved Frisby Ridge Sushi so much that I dined there consecutive nights. The entire experience felt ideal; the atmosphere is casual but the patrons all look thrilled with their food. One server patrolled the entire dining room but was attentive and made the time for recommendations. The price point felt accessible and encouraged me to order more food (rather than only a few items) and the sashimi, Nigeria, miso soup, and rolls were all delicious and I already miss Frisby Sushi. Will make the opportunity to dine here again during future visits to town.

I ordered Tantakso ramen, but it was not a pleasant experience. The noodles were dry, and there was no flavor. There was also no meat, except for three pieces of shrimp. The smell was unpleasant, like cow food or wild grass. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They did not even provide me with a bag for the ramen. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Sushi and roll(raw fish) were not fresh, and rice was dry.
