Disclaimer: if you're sensitive to smoke pay the extra to stay somewhere else.

They were super hospitable having us arrive past the check in time when we called a few hours in advance and let us bring the dog with zero issues (10$ fee).

Bed was comfy, shower had loads of hot water and the towels were clean what more could you ask for when you're paying under 100$/night after tax in 2025.

I'd have gave everything 5☆s but the room smelled of cigarettes I aired it out for 20 minutes and sprayed an air freshener (I'm hyper sensitive so always have a concentrate in my gear) and left the windows cracked and we were fine.

It was quiet for the location and we slept just fine :) will definitely go back if we're in the area, compared to the 200 after tax with a pet at the next cheapest place that allows 50+lb dogs this place is a win.

Thanks guys!

Its not a five star hotel but its not supposed to be. Reasonably priced for a quick night stop and shower. We have been staying here once a year for 6 years and honestly when my husband brought me here for the first time I was shocked and said no way. But the room was clean and no smells (even though you think there might be). We have met so many people with great stories. Ya, its not a looker but for $70 what do you want!

Me and a friend stayed here twice in summer found the occasional spider that needed to go squish, the beds were comfy same with bedding, TV did not work, was tad far to walk to town, but there is a bus for 2$ infront of the ramada that will take you downtown and also to the ski hill, which was nice, it's outdated but can't beat the price

I think this place was completely fine and I don’t see why people moaned for the price. We had no issues. Good location. The room stank a bit when we went in there but we opened the windows and aired it out.

For $60 I would have dealt with the dirt and crumbs on the floor and the cob webs. For $60 bucks I would have dealt with the smell of cigarette smoke.

But what I found was disgusting. I peeled the covers back from what looked like a freshly made bed and found nothing other than semen on my pillow case. I absolutely kid you not. Do not stay here!!

This motel is too old and needs to be closed for renovation. It's dirty and discussting to stay there.

Their photos on Expedia were taken 10 years ago but now it looks horrible.

Do not stay there. Better pay more but stay in good conditions. Safety and health first.

The motel is elderly but that gives it the frontier flavour! The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable...but the best part was the woman who checked us in. She ran the gas pumps, the store AND checked guests in... all in 100 degree heat. The store/lobby has no AC. She was super polite and efficient in spite of being run off her feet and being massively overheated. That is one dedicated employee!! I was very impressed with her.

Avoid like the plague!

We stayed in room 15 but ended up sleeping in our car because something got into our room and was scratching under our bed at around midnight.

When checking out, the lady told us ‘oh yes, there’s a known rat problem in room 15’. Absolutely unbelievable but not super surprising considering the amount of crumbs and dirt under the bed.

The room also stank of smoke, and the checkout lady said of this: “well it’s very hard to enforce no smoking.” May I suggest smoke detectors in the rooms as a place to start?

The room was dirty and smelly and I would not stay there again if you paid me.

Staff were helpful though.

This is a shonky motel that does what it says on the box - would probably be fine for a single male looking for a bargain option in an otherwise expensive area.
I will start by saying the woman who served us at check in was very helpful and accommodating, and gave us fair warning that the rooms were no oil painting. Unfortunately, she was right.
The rooms are small, but reasonably well-equipped with a TV, bar fridge and microwave, and air conditioner; however none of these things are in good repair. The aircon was extremely loud and sounded like it was on its last legs.
The room smelt of old cigarettes and the linen was questionable - our duvet had an obvious cigarette burn. The bed was comfortable enough. Everything could do with a freshen up.
Ultimately we left early and decided to stay somewhere else - make of that what you will.

We stayed at this motel, and I have to say I was disgusted with how dirty and old it was. The room felt neglected, stank of cigarettes, and we didn’t have towels except for one little one. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. However, I have to admit it was incredibly cheap. If you don’t care where you sleep for the night and just want to save some money, this place is for you. But if cleanliness and comfort are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
