Yes, the food is very good. (Wontons and dumplings) Yes, they are very friendly. But I wish I could give 6 stars. After a long day driving, we called 5 minutes before closing with a large take out order that they happily accommodated.
We have eaten here four times now (even twice in one day the first time) and the food is consistently great. We go out of our way to be in town when the restaurant is open, even if that means waiting around for half an hour or more. The steamed pork and carrot dumplings are our favourite (having tried all three kinds in one sitting)! We also really enjoy the braised beef, which is cold and rich and full of flavour. We also always order the chicken chow mein with flour noodles. The food is always so light, flavourful and fresh. We are from the Okanagan, but canāt eat Chinese food anywhere else! We also love to support a mom and pop shop!

A small quaint restaurant with some of the best dumplings Iāve had. You can really taste the homemade wrappers with the chewy texture. The saozi wheat noodles with beef were also very tasty.
