These guys know what's up!
For what I paid and what I received is astonishing. I had a turkey Chipotle but and it was completely un-edible. The bread was hard as a rock. Thr turkey is pink. I don't know it that's because it's was not cooked fully or if the tomato sitting on the turkey and turned it.... no the less I tossed!
I also got 2 grilled and one of the slices of bread way just straight crust.
It was very unwelcoming environment staff seemed like they had better things to do then take my order. The girl who handed me our sandwiches was really the only one to say anything to us and that was to say your welcome after we said thank you. It was 46 ish dollars for 3 sandwich which in all honesty my two year old could make better.
$10 grilled cheese, not even cut in half, no ketchup, no pickle, no knife ... yes, thats why I asked for those things, sorry to bother you girl... I don't know what to say. Pretty disappointing to drive all the way up there and that's what you get. Bland AF and like one thin slice of cheese. Whatever happened to caring?
I ate the best wrap (turkey yam) ever at La Baguette and the soups were excellent too!
Never been so suprised at how slow a cafe could run.
I give 5 stars for the good bakery, coffee, and comfortable seats.

Disappointed....
Great food but they need to work on their service. Watched my wife eat her order while they lost mine three times. Disappointing to see the least. Only after I threatened to cancel my order did my food turn up and got it to go. No offer of compensation is really what drove me to give a very poor review not that I would have necessarily taken it but it would have been nice to ask especially since I gave them an 18% tip when I ordered not knowing that they would screw up my order. The tip is for service as much as the food. Disappointing but I don't think judging by other reviews that I'll see any messages from the owners regarding it.

Been coming here since they opened up and every year it has been getting worse and worse. Staff is incredibly rude to locals and tourists alike, overpriced for mediocre food, and the worst customer service you’ll find in Revelstoke. This recently had my last visit here ever after watching one of the staff eating food while preparing other people’s orders, waiting over :25 for an order just to be the wrong one, not giving me a receipt for my order even though I asked for one, messing up our order and overcharging me and then saying they didn’t because I didn’t have a receipt to prove it, pouring the best coffee roasted I’ve ever had and when you get it it taste burnt and over extracted and nearly undrinkable - all and all it’s just gone into the dumps but it is the only place there. You get to tip in advance before you even get your food too just to have this absolutely awful service so it makes you feel even better about spending $50 for a breakfast you don’t even get to have a bite of. Oh, and if you want to go back in the line to get a refund be ready to wait another :20 for that.I’ve been here probably 100+ times at least and I’m just done. This isn’t an isolated experience, it’s every single visit.

The coffee was delicious and food caused us to salivate but crickey, the service could do with a double espresso and a lesson in faking a smile would help their tip jar. Prices were very reasonable however, if you put a dollar value to your own time then you may find it an expensive experience

I’ve visited twice and been disappointed both times. In the summer I ordered a BLT and the bacon was almost raw. I couldn’t eat it, but didn’t want to cause a scene with my husband so I didn’t complain.
This winter I went in for a coffee and also had a poor experience. There were three employees behind the counter, and the barista stopped making my coffee to turn around and have a conversation (non-work related) with her coworkers. The conversation lasted more than a minute. Before she resumed making my coffee, I saw her put something in her mouth with bare hands, then proceed with my coffee. Surely that must break some food hygiene standards.
Generally, the atmosphere is also poor. The dirty dishes trolley is full with a dirty cloth hanging from it, clearly visible from where you eat and order. Behind the counter (to the right of the door) is a mess which is also unsightly.
I want to love this place because it’s the closest coffee shop to our house, but I’d choose to make the trip into town over returning. The place just feels dirty.
I wouldn’t call this place kid-friendly because the music they were playing was not only loud, but also aggressively swore and had racial slurs. Not a great choice for the only coffee shop at a family friendly mountain. I wouldn’t want to bring my 4 year old nephew here.
