Myself and my crew have been in town for two weeks. I usually come to McDonalds for my morning coffee and crew requests. This place has consistently been terrible to deal with. Not only myself but my guys complained too. No service in drive thru, order not correct or cold. By far the worst McDonalds I’ve seen in a long time. Do better

They take and serve drive thru orders ridiculously slowly. No apology. No efficiency. Wait times in the drive thru are often 10-15 minutes with one employee running the window. Not to mention the parking lot design has it jammed up on its own. Could be much better.

Nice clean place. Dt get confused while returning to hwy1. You need to take a MUST RIGHT and then a roundabout to get back on hwy 1 East.

Probably the worst fries I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s — barely any salt and completely bland. The front counter staff were polite and friendly, but the kitchen seemed quite disorganized. Several customers were complaining about their orders, and we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for a simple meal. The only reason we stopped by was because it was lunchtime and we needed to use the washroom

Entire store is very dirty. From the tables and benches to chairs and floor. All ledges around windows are thick with grease, dust and food particles. No paper products or soap in the bathroom. Note on door says they value the cleanliness or bathroom but the check off sheet was blank. Can’t image what the food prep area looks like.
Absolutely pathetic service! Ordered a spicy McVeggie, received with hardly any dressing after waiting for over 30 minutes!

Poor customer service. We waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino and after losing our patient waiting, we asked for it and the answer was pretty much too bad so sad. Unacceptable!
