The remarkable, cool cocktail bar and distillery surprises visitors with its craft cocktail options, which are many and creative, as well as the availability of more well-known brands of tequila, bourbons, and whiskey. Rory embodies the ‘craft’ in the distillery’s name, listening to tastes and fashioning custom drinks or hand-selecting liquors to try. The extremely well-equipped bar has all the tools and ingredients you’d expect (and some you wouldn’t!). The staff, like Jesse, cater to every whim with phenomenal service, bending over backwards to please guests. The overall vibe is very cool, making it a must-visit destination.
