Sarah, our bartender, was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare. Everything about the meal, from the flavors to the service, made for an outstanding visit. Highly recommend!

Loved this restaurant! We'd definitely go back. The building has old charm and character, the food delicious and comforting. If you enjoy a beverage with your meal, you wont be disappointed with the cocktail selection, (the classics and some with a twist 😉).
The atmosphere was inviting and we loved that they played classic rock!

A friend of mine and I were traveling across Canada via the Trans-Canadian Highway and were looking for great food at a great prices. We were not disappointed at The Old School Eatery! The setting was cool, the food was wonderful and the service was perfect. We split an order of the full asian sticky ribs and a house salad along with an appetizer of pan seared calamari. The ribs were so tasty and the calamari was outstanding! Ali C. did a great job as our server and gave us a perfect recommendation of seeing the Yoho National Park. Thank you for the suggestion, Ali, as we thoroughly enjoyed Yoho!
We enjoyed dining at the OS Eatery during a recent trip through Revelstoke while enroute to AB. The food was delicious - freshly prepared and nicely presented. Our server helped us with navigating the menu and working with any and all of our diet preferences. Two thumbs up for the Eatery and our server Eliza. We will definitely return!

Given the high reviews, we were looking forward to our meal here. The bar list was great, and the servers were attentive.
The food on the other hand was a solid letdown . We should have known by how quickly the food came out (quick service is nice, but everyone’s food seemed to arrive within 5 mins of ordering it - hard to imagine much was made fresh) - it was really not good.
The lamb chops were very dry and had seemingly zero seasoning, the potatoes were shriveled and the other mentioned veg was barely present. The curry sauce had a weirdly thick, processed texture. It very much tasted like it came from a package and the flavour didn’t align - no real coconut milk flavour or texture at all, and not very fresh/bright tasting. The eggplant was nearly raw and there was no pineapple. But the lack of coconut milk and the sauce texture were the main challenges here.
Overall, we found the experience did not align with the very high reviews or the price point of the food.
