Pizza Hut Revelstoke

I walked in at 10:44 and wanted to order a small pizza after a long drive from Vancouver. The lady was extremely rude and rolled her eyes. She said we don’t take orders that late. The place closes at 11pm.

Taste of food is not satisfied and customer service is not satisfactory

This pizza hut is something to stay clear of. 3 orders on 3 separate days by a coworkers and myself ended up with churning stomachs after eating from this location.

Great place and food.The staff was polite and friendly.

After a day of travelling, we walked into the Pizza Hut and ordered. Staff were very friendly and had great customer service. Pizza was fast and hot.
Excellent end to a long day.

Pizza in Revelstoke is expensive and not that great. Pizza Hut isn’t that great either but it is cheap and always ready in 15 minutes. For the price you pay, easy 5 stars.

Horrible pizza, these guys are a joke.
Atleadt the front desk team need to know what a pizza is and what are the ingredients that go into making a pizza.

Got delivery, I usually get this ordered about once a week with no issues.

Spent 20 minutes on call with the new delivery driver, giving him directions as to where I lived while standing outside so he could see me. (Wondering if he was using a gps? He was very lost..)

Was pouring rain today, driver could not find me despite living downtown next to a hotel for a 35minute total.

Food arrived cold as if not heated up at all, manager made it right by making the cost free, but still overall unhappy with the experience.

Not impressed with the service I was the 3rd person in line when they opened it got super busy and they forgot about me been waiting 1 hour for a medium pizza ridiculous

Worst customer service! They can't find a hotel 1 km away!

Poor service ordering pizza couldn't understand I wanted round crust with a few slices of extra pepperoni went from one guy then to a lady pretty hard to believe they didn't understand wow

Overall taste was good but cleanliness is not up to mark. I ordered triple box and get hair in veggie pizza which is totally unhygienic. It is not acceptable even 1%. I just threw it in garbage and other food too as i wasn’t assured about other food quality. I really recommend to maintain actual pizza hut quality. My 45 bucks just in bin. Very disappointed from this bad service.
